i actually looked back to 2009 - have a look at the chart while you're about it - 150+ down to about 30; true it has now got up to 230 or whatever, but for what good reason? ..... at least XEL has some logic and ditto RKH

i know i'm incredibly thick, but having just opened this week's issue on line, i see no mention of CHAR whatsoever

anyway, the market certainly believes some story

estimate of gross unrisked mean prospective resources ...... what does that actually mean in terms of likely recoverable, always assuming the "prospective" evolves into some kind of actuality - which of course DES's did not

it seems that i MAY have been wrong with my scepticism about CHAR, though time will tell if they truly have got something worthwhile on their books ..... accordingly, i have allowed myself to be suckered in with a modest number (50%), so i shall now wait and watch

at least i already banked a modest profit on these on the opposite tack!
