All other markets are closed, foreign investors is still on leave which means that very few shares could cause a significant drop in sp. This will then spread to australia and on to England just because everybody got scared that someone in Toronto knows something bad. But no news is out, the Lundins are trying their best to make sure everyone involved are tight lipped.

We could have been in and out of these over the past year but still we await for a dam announcement. Holy cow - I could have painted a mural on my bedroom ceiling twice over. Going to go and find some more patience from somewhere. Just read a saying from the other side 'bobbing up and down like an enthusiastic hooker' a little more polite than I said last week somewhat!!!!!!!!! G & T time coming up - have a good evening.

Some may recall the 15th of this month (that's this Sunday) is being marked as a significant day
Most notably it is reputed to be the day the Puntland constitution is resolved
http://tinyurl.com/cuz77mq
Our good old friend from Dissident Nation has suggested that parliament venue will also see Farole state his intentions for another 1 year in office, and, most poignantly for us, DN is deeply alluding to the fact news of the S1 drill will be made as it ties in with the 90 day of spud (which is indeed exactly 90 days)
http://tinyurl.com/cghe6eb
A reminder from Horn, if it were required, states: "The Sakson 501 rig will be used to drill both wells which are expected to take approximately 90 days each for drilling and evaluation." - the key part being 'and evaluation'
These pictures here show the aforementioned parliament building in full swing. The poster claims the build to be 90% complete
http://tinyurl.com/86p8a2v
Now, please forgive me for my optimistic approach to all this, but it truly could be a case of 1 plus 1 plus 1 equals 3
We have all (I hope) agreed that it shall be Farole, initially, who announces the oil discovery
Consider this: You are a Puntlander national living in relative poverty. You long for a better life
Do you want to see a white man in a suit on the television or in the paper announce news which could shape your life and generations to come or would you prefer to see it from Farole, your leader, in a new parliament building beaming in all its glory?
We must not underestimate the politics in all of this. Farole is hungry for another year in office. For him to be able to stand up in a new building and announce a massive oil discovery will be one hell of a coup. He will become an icon of inspiration and feel his work has been vindicated
I am not 'ramping' but merely sharing my thoughts. I have at times deeply questioned my investment here as it is quite considerable but regrettably greed appears to have seduced me
I will simply say this: At times I have found myself looking at all the information presented before me and thought 'It's all there, staring you in the face. Don't back out now and get left out knowing it was all there staring you in the face'

Just back from Punt land. It is widely believed that there is no oil in the ground there. It's ok, I'm talking about Cambridge! :o)
Might we have some news of progress this week? Yes, we might. Or not. At least there is a blue tinge to the sp.

Well, it is 85 days since drilling began, Horn said that it was expected to take approximately 90 days for drilling and evaluation. It depends how loosely they interpret their 90 days!!
