We should have honest guys at high level only because they decide about the livelihood of people. They control the asset of the country, the future and human right (and unfortunately their own right!).

The crime statistics for these guys should be 100 times better than normal population. They should be punished 10 times more for the same crime as normal population.

I am sure Ahmedinejad and Assad governments misuse these actions to convince their people that they are normal! Off course the scale is different but it appears that we are moving in that direction.
