Opto - its after 12 - about 11 hours after 12 (a scotsman once told me its always after 12)

as for work, weve already started on the renovation it means we can now get on with the building work for the extension

Today the kitchen staff are vaguely back up the speed again, so
the following is available for one and all!
(just leave a tip on the bar, money or shares but not filters - ta!)

Salmon mousse with green salad in a mild garlic and herb dressing,
served with baby new potatoes and baby corn and carrots.

Haddock fish fingers ala Spacie with chunky chips and baked beans.

Venison sausages with Yorkshire crust aka toad in hole with onion
gravy, mashed tatties and spring greens.

Roast vegetable quiche with crusty french bread, green salad and coleslaw.

To follow we have:
Sherry trifle
Banana splits
Rhubarb crumble with custard

bye all

jeffmack - 14 Apr 2005 12:34 - 3334 of 24230

Well done fundy.

Well, went to the hospital to have my tooth pulled and when I got there was told that if it is an emergency I can go on the waiting list with the expectation of treatment in 16 WEEKS TIME. And thats an emergency.

Found out that company health insurance probably doesnt cover dental work but they will pay for a consultation (160) and decide after that if they will pay for it to be removed, but probably not.

So I am in agony with a bad tooth, I wait 16 weeks for NHS treatment or I pay myself which will probably 800 - 1000

I wonder if I should vote Labour in the next election......

optomistic - 14 Apr 2005 13:14 - 3335 of 24230

Tony has probably got a pledge in his little red book to cover your situation Jeff :-))

stockbunny - 14 Apr 2005 14:45 - 3336 of 24230

Well if no-one's eating any of this trifle......
(munch, munch)

optomistic - 14 Apr 2005 15:39 - 3337 of 24230

Well no one is going to help you out with the trifle Bunny, I'll do my best with a small bucket full :-)

stockbunny - 14 Apr 2005 15:48 - 3338 of 24230
