Marni, the oil and gas bix is a wee bit different!

grevis2 - 14 May 2009 10:02 - 348 of 1234

Taken from Mirabaud report of 12 May 2009. Link shown above:

Valuation: BUY recommendation; 15p price target
We have calculated a risked core NAV of 13.8p per share based on a discounted cash
flow analysis of the groups core assets in Algeria, including the Ain Tsila ridge, using
a 10% discount rate and a long term Brent oil price of US$75/bbl flat nominal.
Despite being risked conservatively (at 20-40%), our core NAV offers 66% upside,
and on an unrisked basis is four times the current share price. As such, we believe
that Petroceltics shares represent excellent value at these levels, moving into a
period of active drilling, which could substantially de-risk our core valuation.

grevis2 - 14 May 2009 10:21 - 349 of 1234

I like the mention of "....our core NAV offers 66% upside and on an unrisked basis is four times the current share price...." Just wonder whether the latter is at all possible?

hermana - 14 May 2009 10:35 - 350 of 1234

Grevis,if Isarene comes close to seismics then it is possible imho but best to wait for results before popping the old DP!

grevis2 - 14 May 2009 11:41 - 351 of 1234

What's DP, deadly poison?

hermana - 14 May 2009 11:56 - 352 of 1234

GR,a potion of pleasure called Dom Perignon!! Mine is on ice for results of drill 1,hopefully mid June.

cynic - 14 May 2009 14:58 - 353 of 1234

halifax - 14 May 2009 16:19 - 354 of 1234

sp climbing again after mms "tree shake", await spud announcement.

grevis2 - 15 May 2009 15:50 - 355 of 1234

All we're waiting for is the RNS to get this show on the road.

grevis2 - 15 May 2009 15:59 - 356 of 1234

Couple of nice buys have just come through.

halifax - 15 May 2009 16:08 - 357 of 1234

Just topped up again looking good for next week.

grevis2 - 15 May 2009 16:10 - 358 of 1234

Well done halifax. I have done the same. I would hate to be left out in the cold at the turning point in PCI's history.

grevis2 - 15 May 2009 16:58 - 359 of 1234

Closed at mid price of 11.25p. Won't be long before we break above 12p.

skyhigh - 15 May 2009 19:30 - 360 of 1234

Are we above the 12p yet ?

just joking... it's looking good !

grevis2 - 16 May 2009 00:14 - 361 of 1234

From another BB and from a chap who seems well connected and has so far been pretty accurate with his information.:

"Just had confirmation that they are starting to drill early Sunday morning. Congratulations to all holders.

Regards

Mulligan"
