If there is another Institutional Placing going on, I can't see the price going up until it is complete, IMHO. I am sure patience will be rewarded in the long run, although I must admit it is all a tad frustrating!!

steady buys today. no sign of the big boys !

Usually seems to happen mid-afternoon and towards the close!!

So 1 million buys and 10,000 sells. Buy Price 8.25 at 8.00am today now 8.10?? There have been so many days where there Buys hve exceeded sales , this must be one of the bluest screens on the stock market over the last few weeks.You can make a case for a few days but this silly. If the results are good next week and there is no movement then I can not see the point in holding a share that the city just do not support. I like the company a lot butI cant influence the share price

Perhaps the MMs have run out of stock? Trying to tree shake possibly. All ifs and buts. Personally I remain confident the price will take off soon.

Forgive me for my ignorance but who actually makes the share price move and how - is it the mm's.

I hold PXC and just cannot grasp why no blue, in fact red now!

perhaps Balli you should really ask the question....how do MMs make money???

they thrive on high volume trading(buys and sells)...the more the better

they have marked PXC down to put the fear of death into existing holders(should I sell mentality) and presented an opportunity to non holders(shares look cheap got to get in mentality)

MMs don't give a stuff about what they buy/sell a share at...trading volume is what matters...

Another 1.1 million sell just gone through, this seems to be par for the course. Am in on this stock and awaiting the MM's to allow this to gain to its true worth, it is trading at a discount to the sector of 60 ish% after all.

1,102,239 is a fairly odd number!

Small blocks are following, 10,000 a hit, seems that there is some dilution on these sells, drip feeding rings a bell, check out the time gaps between sells.
I wish i had the answer to this one MACK1705, this is not a stock that should be lingering in 10p and below bracket, some one is determined to hold it there for now though!

Monday could be an interesting trading day for Pipex!

I realise most of you are just trading these but do any of you use their webhosting services? I need to transfer some web-sites to a new provider, but I was quite surprised to discover that the software versions (particularly MySQL and PHP) provided by Pipex Webfusion are fairly outdated and don't compare well against competitor offerings. Actually, they are older than what I currently am running on and I can't really downgrade the sites.

I emailed them to query this but haven't had a reply yet which is a bit disappointing in itself. Maybe it's just that their web-site isn't up to date though, can anyone here shed any light on this?
