On the basis of recently acquired 3D seismic, the group also now believes that the chance of success on its primary "mega-structure" has increased from 16% to 20%. I'm more concerned about the fact that the group has yet to announce a farm-out to a partner, something it has been promising for months, and there's no mention of that in today's release. Don't get me wrong - there is enormous potential in Namibia, I'm just not sure CHAR warrants the eight-fold increase in its share price during the past 12 months to give it a current market cap of over $500m. Shares probably go better today, but at some point soon they need to deliver. Long-term sell in my view.

what about funding they have 10 mill left tops, they keep hyping the size of the fields up with out even drilling.......its a bubble and its going to get popped.

Prospective Resources = Pie in the sky and will remain pie in the sky until CHAR get on with some drilling. Even then, the prospective resources (meaning chance of discovery) will only become Contingent Resouces (meaning chance of development) if they find something and then possibly Reserves (meaning chance of commerciality).

I guess CHAR can declare prospective resoucres to thier hearts content, but they haven't discovered a single barrel.
