All cynic are negative people, like your self, which is why eme are taking there time to produce good results.

cynic - 21 Aug 2006 17:03 - 358 of 2087

that is a total non seq! .... if eme has something positive to say which can also be supported by evidence, then they will not be shy to go to press .... at the moment, they clearly do not ..... and equally clearly, nor do you!

Big Al - 22 Aug 2006 09:14 - 359 of 2087

Overbought in a downtrend.

Candy.......! ;-)

shadow - 22 Aug 2006 14:17 - 360 of 2087

Eme have always been posative regardless of the Glantal, The Sugarloaf is now underway, and new they are searching for new gas in Germany. how can that be negative details. when we are awaiting details from Eagle-1 north. Lifetime Cynic by name and by nature or by a retarded redneck.

soul traders - 22 Aug 2006 14:23 - 361 of 2087

Shadow, I hope for the sake of your wallet that you are right. Personally, when oilers' portfolios start looking thin I tend to lose the will to invest.

shadow - 22 Aug 2006 14:48 - 362 of 2087

I beleave these companies like eme are attractive investments, also these 3 projects will deliver when the time is correct especially EAGLE 1, an article and update will reveal the true content of Eagle. thanks.

Big Al - 22 Aug 2006 15:23 - 363 of 2087

I think you really should read the info out there, shadow. It's been crap!!

cynic - 22 Aug 2006 22:37 - 364 of 2087

It's Shadow's money ..... let him invest it, lose it, of gain on it as he sees fit, just as those who continue to hole SEO ..... That some of us think EME has lost all its shine does not necessarily mean we are right, though the fullness of time will show who is and who is not.

Big Al - 23 Aug 2006 08:08 - 365 of 2087

True! ;-)

Big Al - 23 Aug 2006 08:37 - 366 of 2087

Another pointless news release this morning.

Visited the Adelphi website and did a bit of reading on Sugarloaf. Interesting. Technically challenging well by the look of it in a deeper formation than the surrounding fields. Not inclined to buy given that.

shadow - 23 Aug 2006 13:37 - 367 of 2087

Although you may think the info is crap, I always took a stance of been posative. As for loosing money the only amount I have ever lost is a small denomination of currency. I not into a habit of throwing away dosh. just good at making money . As for Eme a good update today, on the drilling at Sugarloaf. The best will arrive in the mean time.rest assured!.

I don't "think the info is crap", I know it is. I'd suggest you do some grammar education as well.

cynic - 23 Aug 2006 20:59 - 369 of 2087

what Al did not say is that the start of drilling at Sugarloaf is not really any news at all and certainly does not give rise to any thoughts as to the end result either positive or negative.

PapalPower - 24 Aug 2006 02:36 - 370 of 2087

Its apparent now that there is no EN-1 update due any time soon.

Still they have not secured the equipment to test it, so testing might start Sept, or Oct or Nov or.............

Is there some other reason they do not wish to test it ? Money talks and they could get equipment if they want to......

Their city roadshow begins soon, however these are often precursors for fund raising, and with EME talking so much about new projects, you get the feeling they are going to pass the hat around to buy into new projects (headline) but also to raise more working cap. Time will tell, just my thoughts.

Big Al - 24 Aug 2006 07:34 - 371 of 2087

PapalPower

Distinct possibility. Neither Eagle North nor Glantal obviously had the results that were expected resulting in nil operational cashflow to date. Having to do further work on both projects must involve additional non-budgeted cost and the costs for all oilfield related equipment is probably about twice it was a couple of years ago.

cynic - 24 Aug 2006 08:10 - 372 of 2087

Does that imply that neither of you are going to fill your boots with this stock then? .... lol!

Big Al - 24 Aug 2006 08:20 - 373 of 2087

Erm! Only to close a short, cynic. ROFLMAO!

shadow - 24 Aug 2006 14:05 - 374 of 2087

Big Al: Grammar not required, have got a decent education, thanks. Mostly concerned about Eme as they are currently drilling at Sugarloaf. In my eyes this is good prospect, with weekly news every Wednesday, who would want to complain only yourself...

cynic - 24 Aug 2006 14:08 - 375 of 2087

in their favour, though i think it is obligatory, EME will be issuing weekly updates on Sugarloaf ....... Moderately tempted to short, but not really sufficiently "heavy" to give good downside

HARRYCAT - 24 Aug 2006 15:02 - 376 of 2087

As an investor in EME I welcome regular news updates, even if they only tell us that nothing has changed. At least we can make an informed decision.
One frustrating point as an owner of GOO, RKH, VOG & other stocks is the scrabbling around for news on the internet because they have gone quiet.
I would rather know the worst than nothing at all!
