Been holding this for a while and while there is nothing to set the world on fire there are positive moves upwards. The sales teams are producing results marketing a product which seems to be gaining approval in many countries.Although one swallow does not mean summer is here, there is a hint of spring in the air.

281m changing hands and a 15% rise so far today, mind you 1m will cost you about £400 which puts it into perspective a bit.Anything heading north these days are a welcome sight!!

beebusy don't you get the impression this stock only goes down? They seems to be incapable of doing Deals that the Market likes.
I hold a few from much higher (fool!) and still wonder if their technology is real . . . whilst it read as "compelling" - surely most Broadcasters have WebMasters that could do this, if they needed extra revenue, etc?
(I noted earlier-post that they seem to issue shares frequently . . . and wonder if that isn't the reason they can't make the sp stable . . . sooner or later the holders of these "extra" shares will want to get out, after a nominal "lock-in" has expired . . . . Dunno.).
I like the thought of owning a million shares, but pref in Astra Zenica...
EDIT(22Feb2013)-Ah yes reason for sp slide is they've sold £34k-worth of equity at 0.02pence - as if £34k will start things rolling. . . . . . Huh! It's not enough.
EDIT (5Mch2013)-beebusy, I kinda agree, although having bought-in on an IC "rec" I'm staring at loss, but it's close . . . Their target Mkt (Bcast) is very slow to engage new tech and this may help MTV because Bcasts will go for the safer option and that should be MTV - unless they are ruinously expensive, as it's a free channel with Revenue. I just don't think MTV will benefit too much and that's where the Bus-Model lacks VV-voom. IMHO.
EDIT(14Mch2013)-skyhigh, FWIW, shows there is Buying interest, many other tiny-caps would love.
EDIT(15March2013): Ah now I get it, the sp rose to tempt Diluting investors. RNS today DYOR they paid 00015, with Market= 0004 - but it fell 40% today... Ho Hum.

I think as with most techno firms you need to be on the cutting edge,if your game drops off a fraction you are left behind. This lot are producing the odd program and talking a load of hype about their ground breaking product.Truth is if it was that ground breaking the world would be knocking at their door. The best we can hope for is a modest price rise or a take over. I have a small holding which is parked in the very little hope bay along with a lot of others!Sorry!

If the digi boxes sell well it should certainly boost S.P and probably more importantly bring the company into the radar of other companies looking for the same service. My holding will remain that for the next year or so to see where this goes. I would still expect an approach by one of the big groups if this venture proves a sucess.

Hugh amounts changed hands with the get in and get quick boys leading the charge. All based on a small return per unit of Turkish Digiboxes. Imagine the stampede if they did something really useful in "The States". In the mean time they have subsided back into the simmering murky pool from which they emerged. I would not pawn the family silver to buy, but if a bit of beer money was lying about it would make a reasonable long shot. The price of a pint of beer at the moment would probably buy you a seat on the board!!!

hi bb - hope all well with you - what a funny old week here - i have heard one of the next steps is a share consolidation - the sp now is at silly levels according to the bod - remember the guy at the top has done this before making a minnow into a cash making machine and sold out quids in - and in the same industry / almost exact same commodity- gl

Whilst CONsolidations may tidy-up the sp it does nothing for the Mkt Cap, which remains the same. Whilst it would be nice if the sp was in pence - but even better if it got there by investors buying.
gibby can you explain the historics behind guy-at-the-top, you mentioned?

Thanks Gibby, Shades of Gladstone Pacific Nickel?? I am not in deep unlike OTC!!! ouch!! As you say there seems to be the same names popping up on the boards of quite a few AIM Market Companies. My long turn aim is to sell off and get out. Her indoors tells me that we are moving house!! And I thought the barge on the Thames would keep her quiet for a while. What a deluded fool I be!! Mind you she has not seen where the money is yet, should be fun??

More good news for motive,s tablet tv today
LONDON -- Motive Television PLC, is working with Granite Broadcasting to delivery live broadcast television to tablet devices. Motive, a London-based television software and services company, announced plans to install a full-featured demonstration of its technology that delivers live broadcast television and video-on-demand to tablets and smartphones in San Francisco beginning mid 2013. This is expected to be followed by a market field test with tablet TV equipped “T-Pods” later in the year and thereafter a commercial rollout.
As the next step in development, Tablet TV LLC, a joint venture between Motive Television and Granite Broadcasting in the United States, will unveil a pilot demonstrating the full suite of the Tablet TV features, broadcast directly to tablets over the standard live ATSC digital terrestrial signal. The consumer features available on tablets will be live viewing of local broadcast stations, recording of live television with PVR functionality, datacast delivery of video-on-demand content, and integrated social media. All of this will be done in the heart of Silicon Valley at Granite’s KOFY-TV station in San Francisco.
Motive said this move represents “the completion of a major milestone as the Tablet TV team, who will have successfully ported Motive Television’s patented technology, that has been in large-scale commercial use in TV broadcasting in Europe since 2009, to tablets using the ATSC broadcast standard.”
This technological breakthrough permits tablet users to view all television broadcasts receivable from public and commercial television stations in their city and the ability to time-shift the viewing of these programs. In addition, Motive’s patented Television Anytime Anywhere software will make possible video-on-demand catch-up and additional movies and television programs directly to the fastest-growing viewing devices – iPads and Android tablets.
An application for a patent of the Tablet TV technology has been filed with the U.S. Patent Office and further patent applications will follow.
“The demonstration pilot at KOFY in San Francisco is the next step in readying Tablet Television for the U.S. market introduction,” said Leornard M. Fertig, CEO of Motive. “Tablet TV continues to move toward its launch and becoming a significant player in delivering content to the fastest growing segment of television viewing. It will permit the television industry to see Tablet TV in action, prove Tablet TV’s technical capabilities in a television broadcast environment, and make our consumer appeal apparent.”
Peter Markham, chairman of Granite Broadcasting said Granite was working on ways to reach the “exponentially growing number of tablet screens.”

Nice bit of good news today....
"Motive Television's patent application titled "Place-shifting apparatus and system" has been approved by the US patent examiner and will be granted.
The patent application was originally filed in 2006 by NXVision Ltd and was acquired by Motive Television in 2010 along with the rest of the assets of NXVision Ltd.
The patent discloses an embedded place-shifting system, which allows transfer of content from a set-top box or similar device to portable devices such as smartphones / tablets.
The patent further discloses the system as allowing the content owner visibility and control of the place-shifting system, permitting new business models and potential new revenues. "

Almost every day I see MTV sp is down 25%, or 30% yet it seems stuck at 0.001p [DYOR]. . . . . is this rats leaving a sinking ship?
I hold a few from about . . . a lot more.
Yet their RNS seem positive, with a Deal here, a Patent there, etc.

Rganks for that, are you suggesting MAM has the wrong-price...or is their calculator wrong, er, perhaps?
I find their Graphs (under Charts), somewhat poor as they show pence it seems and have trailing zeros, so any high price gets chopped off (on my screen anyway) - and low prices appear somewhat confusing. I reality I want to know how the share is doing from a reference point (ie when I considered buying) and now - I really don't need huge precision, accuracy to 5% will do . . . yet MAM can only provide great precision (and at the same time misleading/etc.
MTV is well down,- possibly delays in that ever-elusive "income stream"
EDIT(7Aug2013)- RNS on Dublin winning three productions contracts- good news of course, but the worry is what if the star doesn't make it? The value of the TV documentary depends on the sustained popularity of cage fighting hero . . . still, MTV has little else to shout about. DYOR .
