Very quiet in here today. Done a grand prix trolley race today, taking in B & Q, Waitrose, Foreboys etc. Time to settle down to a quiet telly watching session.

had a hard days labour at the house breaking 6 inch thick concrete (the base of an oil tank and garage)

completely shot to bits and have torn a muscle in my shoulder - im off upstairs to find one of those swedish girls who is good with her hands
