Evil Knievil has tipped it on EvilCast and has bought in 100,000 worth of stock a notifiable interest. He rates the management very highly and says they are attracting all the big bookmakers to the online casino site including punters the likes of William Hill, Chandler, and Ladbrokes. The company are now running at a profit every month and should break into a yearly profit from the years previous loss very soon. The company also ownes in partnership with a Swiss firm Boss another casino site and by all accounts that is doing well.

Im looking at this one as a momentum play pretty high risk as there are competitors out there but I feel the management will give it the edge.

Price slipping back as not much news coming out and the punters have probably moved on. I'm still holding for the results in April as I think they will be very good as it's in such a fast growing market also if Evil has heavily invested and forecasts 60p soon---I'm happy to wait and see. cheers MP

JAH: In case you are still reading this thread, I'm not. Baled out some time ago as the O/L poker market was looking even more crowded than the telecoms, - at least 15 on the last count. Also baled out of ASC and put all profits into ELA where you can contact me in future.

You are very brave! After their meteoric plummet recently! Nevermind GMC - I think the action is in GGK currently - don't know why though.

Poverty: reckon its the 'punt of the week mentality'. Agree with moneyplus: The focus will switch back to GMC before long. Its the sort of situation where a bit of short-term speculation is fine if that's the game you like to play but this is also one to enjoy the action for a few months at least.

The shape of the chart is starting to look good to me. I am surprised that the SP hasn't fallen further following such a meteoric rise, but given that it is building a base,and is not a buy yet (but could be shortly) I'm with Mickey on this one - it will be much higher in 6 months.

Will anyone be brave enough to predict the game play by the MMs on Monday. With 71.5m coming onto the Market I think that this share will plummet to approx 9p and then soar to 16p to close. Thats my thoughts anyway. MONDAY will ne a MADDAY as far as I am concerned in at 6.4p so I hope I will show a profit come the close of play Monday anyway. GOODLUCK to all gambling on this one and I hope the wheel of fortune gives some good results. :-)

Bankone - I can't see the rationale for such a fall as the 14p shares issued to institutions aren't hitting the open market so there will be no more free float stock than there is now.

14p gives us a floor - we may see a slight tick up but I'm expecting positive action mid week that should see GMC back in favour as hot money comes in. The institutional buys announcement have becalmed the stock but an imminent purchase with the cash pile ( c10m) will see new ground for the company imo.

A good plug for online poker in yesterdays FT saying the revenues are expected to be huge though more and more companies are trying to get in on the act as the income is expected to beat online gambling and sports betting Gmc as one of the first in the market and no2 in the hitwise chart should be well ahead of the pack---other than bouts of profit taking or tree shakes I expect a nice steady rise through the year and possibly a surge again on good results in --April time?? If Evil says he expects 60p and he owns a large chunk I'm with him for once! DYOR of course. Good news also for NLR holders I think.

I reckon that costapacket and moneyplus (lovely contrasting names!) have got it about right. I suspect a key factor will be how easily the shares have been placed: there could be scaling down of requirements and resulting buying activity in the market. The games launch in the US is another factor plus the acquisitions possibility. Evil's 60p should probably be reudced to 40p with the launch but most of us would be happy with that. What I find so difficult is having several situations all requiring funds at the same time (including SEO, YOO, CFP with a watchful eye on NML and BGT, not to mention NLR) - it would be preferable for GMC to promise to mark time for a while but I suspect it will suddenly roar away again!

What a Breath of Fresh Air this BB is, the others I have been visiting have been full of crp posts.

I joined this share at 0.0675 and I am holding for the long term.

Reasons being.

Anticipation of Mobile Gaming Deal that was annouced as GMC being in advanced discussions with a mobile operator.

Anticipated Aquisition with the 10 Million Cash Stock Pile raised from the placing.

Results on the 14/04/2005, GMC are trading at a profit on a Monthly basis, if they can average a yearly profit then this share will pick up speed again.

The consensus on all the BB's boards, I think, is that there are is a lot of protential in this stock but they are all waiting for some more news to see further pushes before buying in.

I think the fast rise over the last few weeks as made some punters very weary, and I can understand that.

If just one of the above is release soon I think we wii see substantial gains again.
