Got a chance to buy some silly cheap terrace properties in Bury and Bolton and I know thats vaguely your neck of the woods. Just wondering if you know whether or not there is any kind of rental demand in these areas, or if the houses are cheap cos there is no demand at all.
Been speaking to estate agents but they are a teensy bit bias.
Just begging for a bit of local knowledge before I drive over and have a look.
