True - I know several people on those and it's like a wonder drug seems
to open the door to eating all sorts that you'd never eat otherwise!

Its a drug to lower cholesterol,,yes you would be able to eat real doughnuts in moderation, you'd still get fat as a pig,,but you probably would'nt have a heart attack!!

Evening, had a nice surprise today, our meeting was cut short instead of 11 hours it was only 9!

So now i am ready for a couple of hours in the hammock with a bottle of southern comfort, I think I will watch Top Gun on the new 80 inch projector screen I have just had installed.
