The Company has noted an increase in the registered shareholding of Lynchwood Nominees Limited from 79,253,235 shares (representing 11.4% of the Company's issued share capital) on 29 September 2009 to 156,762,581 shares (representing 22.6% of the Company's issued share capital) on 14 October 2009. The Company was informed on 15 October 2009 that these shares are held as sub-custodian for SIS Omnibus Ordinary Account."

* Majority-owned by a trust connected with Mr. Frank Timis
* Expected to represent a reverse takeover under the aim rules

Glad I made the right choice yesterday... it was buy SOU or SOLO... bought solo.

You may just regret that decision!

I agree at the mo as solo has gone down, but which has the better prospects, will wait and see but your probably right.
