The Company also owns leases on approximately 3000 acres of shale oil holdings in Utah, estimated by SRK (an independent firm of mining consultants) to contain some 230 million barrels of oil.

TomCo Energy Plc is incorporated in the Isle of Man with Company Number 36102C, at 60 Circular Road, Douglas, IOM 1MI 1SA. The Company's main countries of operation are the United States of America and Israel.

The Company's shares are not currently quoted, but the Company's American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) are quoted on the Pink Sheets over-the-counter market in the United States of America. The Company's securities are traded on no other exchanges. The rights of shareholders are governed by the Articles of Association and the rights of ADR holders are governed by the Deposit Agreement with the ADR issuer, the Bank of New York, on behalf of the Company.
