...
And Huawei may not be the only Chinese firm with their eyes on Marconi.
The Hong Kong-based newpaper Ta Kung Pao reported today that Huawei rival,
ZTE Corp, has approached Marconi with a competing bid.
"ZTE has always been a competitor with Huawei. And ZTE, as a listed company,
will be at an advantage in the takeover process," said Wang.
But if recent history is any indication, either firm will face significant
challenges acquiring a well-known foreign company.

Loss of BT contract was good for Moni.. they have the capacity needed etc IMO

Not meaning to sound harsh to the current shareholders, but the way this company treated the shareholders last time it faced trouble, i hope the company rots in hell & the directors get left with nothing but egg on their face this time. It was almost criminal how they just basically dissolved shareholders without a care in the world.... Sorry, do i sound wounded....

Anyone holding warrants in this one? I was so fed up after watching my investment disappear that I have not bothered to take up the warrants--now I am wondering if the warrants will have any value when the takeover goes through any experts out there to advise please??
