jimmy b - 10 May 2005 11:32 - 4002 of 24230

Just go to the doc and get a statin and hey presto , eat what you like!

stockbunny - 10 May 2005 11:39 - 4003 of 24230

True - I know several people on those and it's like a wonder drug seems
to open the door to eating all sorts that you'd never eat otherwise!

stockbunny - 10 May 2005 11:54 - 4004 of 24230

OK the bunny is off to continue painting but will return later,
be lucky all!! :>)

snoball - 10 May 2005 12:09 - 4005 of 24230

Wot are statins then?
Would I be able to eat real doughnuts?

jimmy b - 10 May 2005 12:18 - 4006 of 24230

Its a drug to lower cholesterol,,yes you would be able to eat real doughnuts in moderation, you'd still get fat as a pig,,but you probably would'nt have a heart attack!!

optomistic - 10 May 2005 12:19 - 4007 of 24230

Interested in Statins? look them up on your search engine, I used Google, many interesting articles.

jeffmack - 10 May 2005 13:42 - 4008 of 24230

Nothing wrong with my socks bunny, changed them at Christmas along with my Y fronts

hilary - 10 May 2005 13:50 - 4009 of 24230

stockbunny - 10 May 2005 16:00 - 4010 of 24230

;>)
only kidding of course but very relieved to here the quarterly change
did take place as usual.
;>)
(good job I know he's got a sense of humour, or I'd be in trouble!)

Spaceman - 10 May 2005 21:23 - 4014 of 24230

Evening, had a nice surprise today, our meeting was cut short instead of 11 hours it was only 9!

So now i am ready for a couple of hours in the hammock with a bottle of southern comfort, I think I will watch Top Gun on the new 80 inch projector screen I have just had installed.

chocolat - 10 May 2005 21:34 - 4015 of 24230

And how did you warm it up a bit, jeffie?
You never did finish yesterday's story either.

Oh and speaking of jeffie's socks - where is he??

optomistic - 11 May 2005 08:11 - 4016 of 24230

Morning folks, nice day today lots of sunshine up here. Tea's brewing.

optomistic - 11 May 2005 10:02 - 4017 of 24230

I see tea is not very popular this morning. I'll give coffee a try.

Spaceman - 11 May 2005 10:41 - 4018 of 24230

Latte please optimistic, sorry work is keeping me out of the coffee house ;-(

Fundamentalist - 11 May 2005 10:50 - 4019 of 24230

morning all

not been around much of late as been very busy with the house. finally starting to make decent progress - the renovation part is now structurally finished and the concrete floors have been laid and the rendering should be finished this week. The drains and foundations for the extension have been passed off and the brickie started yesterday. markets seem to be no fun presently, so staying mainly in cash (except a couple of oil stocks and one pharma)

Coffee and a FEB will do the trick this am
