I take it you're looking forward to the match tomorrow, you going to it? SWW, cheers for posting the IC write up and the FT link, $40-50 seems like a decent range. If it holds that over the summer driving season then the US has a bad winter, then who knows where the price may go in Q4.

booked on the train (1st class - feeling bullish!). should be an exciting day out and hopefully not too long a journey home.

sidtrix - 20 May 2005 15:06 - 4052 of 7811

Also doubled my holdings yesterday... most sells were actual buys (bought in @ 15.25)
Market sector quite gloomy at the moment, needs time to heal (after that think SEY should boom!)

proptrade - 20 May 2005 15:12 - 4053 of 7811

i buy the management in this one all day long...kepp long and ride out the crap that regal has spewed up.

gavdfc - 20 May 2005 15:14 - 4054 of 7811

1st class!, I see someone's had a good week then! Should be a good game, Arsenal - Man Yoo always good for a punch up!

Sid, agree re the sector gloominess. RPT have a lot to answer for! And White Nile come back to market on Monday, any bets on how much they will fall! No doubt more negative press on the sector when they report their fall. Those who shorted at the top could make a killing.

proptrade - 20 May 2005 16:15 - 4055 of 7811

buy quality. i shan't say it again!

gavdfc - 20 May 2005 16:26 - 4056 of 7811

So you wouldn't recommend buying PET PRE WNL etc. And there was me away to stick my whole portfolio into these dogs! ;-)Think I'll stick to my SEY and SIA whilst keeping an eye on some others.

proptrade - 20 May 2005 16:47 - 4057 of 7811

great move in SIA..congrats!

gavdfc - 20 May 2005 16:59 - 4058 of 7811

Cheers sir. Still got my 3 lots and holding on tightly to them. Hope you're still keeping them on the monitor. A nice end to the week with them. Looking forward to Monday as always. Enjoy the match, should be a good one. Will sit back with a few Stella's and the cup final, excellent!

proptrade - 23 May 2005 09:03 - 4059 of 7811

what a game. i can't say we were worthy winners over 90 minutes but we dug our heals in and what a shhotout. England team please take not....9 out of penalties scored, 10 out of ten on target.

Andy - 23 May 2005 11:02 - 4060 of 7811

prop,

"i can't say we were worthy winners over 90 minutes "

What a nice way of saying "we were played off the park"!

I was pleased Man U didn't win, and Henry would have made a difference, but Arsenal played poorly IMHO.

let's hope SEY perform better in Mauritania!

proptrade - 23 May 2005 12:28 - 4061 of 7811

i hope so too!

when we look back in years to come all that counts is the name on the trophy, not how it is won!

Andy - 23 May 2005 12:50 - 4062 of 7811

proptrade,

Funnily enough, my son and I were saying the exact same thing!

gavdfc - 23 May 2005 12:58 - 4063 of 7811

Well done, can't believe they won! At least someone's team had a good weekend, mine got relegated! :-(

proptrade - 23 May 2005 13:01 - 4064 of 7811

no way, who are your boys?

gavdfc - 23 May 2005 13:11 - 4065 of 7811

Dundee. Been quite a rollercoaster ride for us over the last few years. Club taken over by 2 brothers, local businessmen. Pump some money in try to bring in some big players, Caniggia the Argintinian and a load of Italians, Georgians other South Americans, even an ex gooner! Take the club to levels unseen in decades, reach cup final and UEFA cup then go into administration, fire just about all the best players, sell of some others and all within a few years! Oh and manage to rack up more debt than Celtic along the way, 20m. Still, it was good while it lasted, even managed to beat the old firm a couple of times. Then they just come in an take our best players on the cheap!

proptrade - 23 May 2005 13:35 - 4066 of 7811

travesty. the problem with the game today...more equal footing needed. lower division games should be more widely televised.

goal - 23 May 2005 14:47 - 4067 of 7811

prop, as the saying goes... what goes around comes around, remember last seasons semi final,I do... they got the same as we did. I didn't enjoy the way we played football but hey we lifted the cup.

proptrade - 23 May 2005 15:21 - 4068 of 7811

exactly, as i said above, we will look back and just care whose name is engraved!

seawallwalker - 23 May 2005 15:27 - 4069 of 7811
