PUNTLAND DRILLING UPDATE
Range Resources Limited ("Range" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that
the Shabeel North well currently being drilled in Puntland, Somalia by the
Company's Joint Venture Operator, Horn Petroleum Corp. (TSXV: HRN), is at a
current depth of 984m targeting a total depth of 2,400m. Drilling operations
have progressed smoothly since spudding and remain on track to reach target
depth on time and on budget.

The Shabeel North well is targeting Upper Cretaceous Jesomma sands, which had
good oil and gas shows in the Shabeel1 well 3.5 kilometers to the south.
Petrophysical analysis of downhole electrical logs in the Shabeel1 well
indicated a potential pay zone in the Jesomma of up to 12 to 20 meters with an
average porosity of 18 to 20%. Upon completion and testing of the Shabeel North
well, the rig will move back to Shabeel-1 to flow test the identified Jesomma
sands.

Range Resources, the oil & gas exploration company with interests in the frontier state of Puntland, Somalia, the Republic of Georgia, Texas, USA and Trinidad recently completed the acquisition of a 100% interest in holding companies with three onshore production licences and a fully operational drilling subsidiary in Trinidad.

It has independently assessed Proved (1P) reserves in place of 15.4 MMbls with 19.6 MMbls of proved, probable and possible (3P) reserves and an additional 20 MMbls (mean) of prospective resources.

Status Report.

Have completed my first trade at Traders Own. It was very easy and at £6 a pop it is a good saving on SelfTrade.

I have initiated a transfer of my investments from SelfTrade to Traders Own. This could take up to 28 days.

TT the flagship and yet still missing an update. Really disappointing that they can't get a RNs out even if they don't control when it is distributed. Surely, he would have spoken to those who control the communication before he made the statement !

is not going to have a pleasant evening.

SC, seems fine for stock trading, but be aware that Traders Own uses CMC for spread betting & CFD trades. Will be interesting to see what happens to their trading platform when things get really busy. Some of the smaller companies really struggle with very large volumes. Am very happy with Selftrade for the time being, but will keep my eye on TO.

HC, that was a point I was concerned about, would they come under stress in busy periods ?
