Range cannot even stick to a time frame for the Q&A, should of been on their site on Friday. Come on Range not a very good start after all the promises at the presentation.

sudden drop at the end of day for both RMP and RRL. In my experience this suggests bad news has been let out of the bag before it is announced. I recoknow there will be a RNS in the next day ot two.

Horn have stayed level today, so I would have thought they would be the measure of bad or good news. There has been a big seller in RMP for the past few days. I think the sp has been dropped for the news due in the next few days. Dont think it will be TD news yet. I will stick my neck out and think the news is good, from past KH
comments. Would not like to see the Range sp if Puntland news is not market pleasing.

At the end of the day the oil must flow.

Cannot understand this QA exercise Range has set up. First we have had what I think are the company damaging emails to individual investors from PL. Nothing that is
sensitive to the sp can be put on here. Just do not get the point when the correct way is by RNS.

Horn down 7.10%. This far into the drill Horn should have released some sort of news for investors. Just hope todays fall is pre news and not a leak of bad news.

Am a little behind on things but what is your view as blunt as you can make it.

markymar, This company has been very disappointing to date, hence the sp.
Projects are running so far behind what was believed by me when I invested here.
The future looks good with the likes of TT with the deeper drills. As long as Range
stick to the time scales for the future projects. Colombia looks good as well. All a little way off at this time.
My concerns at the moment is how well this share consolidation/buy back will go.
In the QA today it states it could be 10 for 1 to 20 for 1.
The company are aware there are to many shares making it a penny share, open to shorters etc. Also the American institutions may buy in with a higher sp, PL has said.
As at today Puntland is the important news waiting on the second drill. (due any day)
If the wells are commercial, Puntland will be made a separate identity by Range. Shares will be given to Range shareholders for this new identity. This is due to Punland sort of taking over and none of the other assets being truly valued.
Its going to be 2/3 years perhaps before investors see value in range, if they achieve what they have stated. The company has been way over ambitious with its time frames for projects, hence a lot of investors moving on.
If Puntland comes in, this will be a good start for the company to recover.
May carry on the drift down , sp wise without news. Poor news on Puntland, well it does not need saying as you know with BOR..Still like Tangiers petroleum, just a shame it was issued so early on the aim without much news given to date. News must be due.Hope that helps mm

Shabeel North Drilling Update

Red Emperor Resources NL (ASX | AIM: RMP) is pleased to advise that the Shabeel
North well currently being drilled in Puntland by joint venture partner and
operator, Horn Petroleum Corp (TSX: HRN), is at a current depth of 1,967meters
and has penetrated a 50 meter gross section of upper Jesomma sands with oil
shows. An open hole drill stem test is currently underway to determine if this
zone is oil or water bearing and should be concluded within the next 24 to 48
hours. Regardless of the result of this test, the well will continue to drill
to the base of the Jesomma sands to evaluate any additional lower Jesomma
potential pay zones.

A double figure rise for Range, not seen in a long time.

Typical, I nip to the garden centre for 30 mins and look what happens. I will take donations to go to the garden centre frequently to help the sp!
