I think the 24/48 hr news will be the sp mover . Then it must be commercial.
Perhaps the word water was used to keep a cap on the sp's until the Puntland government is in order. Which it has for Horn. Horns sp has stood up not to bad, without news of the drill from KH until today. Ranges and RMP have not stood up so well. So perhaps Ranges Directors and red emperors wanted the news released to stop the sp rot. Perhaps they know what they have. Delays can be played anytime on just
to stop the sp racing . If oil is found and all camps including the somali government are ready to announce it, the world will soon know.

Horn would of tanked if their investors were concerned of water, seems to be holding well.

Horn and Africa oil still have a lot of warrants to be exercised. The Horn sp was driven down a month or so ago with the badly worded rns. Perhaps they have something to do with this latest rns. Who knows.

I think todays performance of RRL shows the state of affairs that PL has generated with this share. So little confidence after their failure to deliver on time, with other shares if they were on a verge on a new find, the SP would have either continued up or remained unchanged but RRL sinks ! Too many people just want to sell to recover their original stake, those who have bought at the low levels are ready to sell for a quick profit !

7 hours to go for them to keep to their deadline for an update on the test results. If they miss this one, it will be a disaster !

At the end of the day......We need the result!

If the result is positive, the SP can only improve, if however, the result is (water), I will then agree with you.....A disaster. Time really is irrelevant.

It is better not to put any dates out, it's all about managing expectations and they haven't done a good job on tht front this year ! which is a big confidence factor

The positive, if one could call it a positive; the stock is either going to double digits, or the stock will be very cheap on Monday!!!!!
