ST of IC today - The bottom line is that having seen the shares rise by 20 per cent to 300p after I last recommended running profits at 250p at the start of November ('Five companies that keep delivering', 3 November 2015), I feel that the share price has yet to reach a final peak. Offered in the market on a bid-offer spread of 257p to 262p, I recommend running your 185 per cent paper gains and target a return to the recent high of 300p, and potentially to finnCap's new target of 318p. Run profits.

AA plc

Trakm8 contract extension with the AA

Trakm8, the AIM-listed telematic car data provider to the global market, and the AA plc have announced an extension to their current relationship.

Trakm8 has been the supplier of telematic systems to the AA for their roadside assistance and recovery vehicles for over four years, bringing considerable operational and economic benefits to the business over that time.

It has now worked with the AA to develop a new business-to-business fleet management system. The new product will be offered to the AA's business-to-business fleet customers, enabling them to help manage both the cost and logistics of running their fleets. The solution is expected to be attractive to large fleet operators as well as SMEs running fleets of five or more vehicles.

The system allows individual vehicle data to be tracked, including fuel consumption, driver behaviour and routes taken.

John Watkins, Executive Chairman of Trakm8 commented:

"This is a substantial contract and an extremely interesting opportunity for Trakm8. Working with the AA on this project, we will substantially increase our understanding of remote vehicle service potential for fleets."

Kirsty Lloyd-Jukes, the AA's Strategy Director said:

"We have worked with Trakm8 on our own vehicle fleet for some time and they have demonstrated great innovation and support for our business. This initiative for our fleet customers is an important part of the investment in connected car technology that we are developing. We are looking at a number of options that will add value to our proposition for the rest of our business customers and our personal members."

TRAKM8 HOLDINGS PLC

("Trakm8", the "Company" or the "Group")

Year End Trading Update

Trakm8, the AIM quoted telematics and data provider to the global market place, today announces a trading update for its financial year ended 31st March 2016.

Highlights

· Revenues up 44% year on year

o Strong organic growth with like for like revenues up 28% year on year

o Recurring revenue up c.50% to over £8m

· Orders received up 29% year on year (like for like basis), 151,000 units now reporting to our servers

· Reduced year-end net debt* of £0.97m, reflecting strong cash generation

· Maiden 2p final dividend per share to be proposed

· Recent substantial contract wins with Iceland Foods, Kubota UK, the AA and BT Fleet

· Two acquisitions completed in the year; integrations proceeding to plan

and trading in line with expectations

· Appointment of J.P. Morgan Cazenove as Financial Adviser to the Company

* Net debt defined as bank debt (£4.84m) less gross cash (£3.87m).

Trading

Trakm8 has achieved significant growth in revenues and profits compared to the prior year. Growth in group profitability is in line with expectations and driven by year on year revenue growth of 44% and a small improvement in gross margins.

Strong cash generation during the second half of the year resulted in year end net debt of £0.97m, being £1.3m better than expectations.

Like for like orders (excluding the DCS business and Route Monkey which were acquired during the year) were 29% higher than the previous year. Route Monkey recently received a three year contract extension from Iceland Foods amounting to circa £0.5m. In addition the Group has recently signed a number of new large contracts which are expected to start generating value for the Group in the new financial year.

Revenues on a like for like basis were 28% higher than last year. The DCS business and Route Monkey achieved revenues in line with our projections at the time of these acquisitions.

We achieved another large increase in connections with approximately 151,000 units reporting to our servers by year end (2015: approximately 102,000). On the back of this increase, recurring revenues increased strongly, being approximately 50% higher than the previous year at over £8m (2015: £5.6m).

BOX Telematics has further benefitted from the growth of manufacturing devices for Trakm8 and from the decision to reduce the level of lower margin product sales to third parties. Over 153,000 units were built and shipped both to other telematics companies and to report to our servers in the financial year as a whole, an increase of 51% compared to last year.

The Group continues to invest heavily in internal resources to manage its growth, particularly in engineering where the opportunities for new integrated camera, telematics and optimisation solutions has resulted in a significantly higher investment in IP.

The pipeline of new customer opportunities is growing, following investment to strengthen our sales force and marketing activities.

Outlook

The outlook for the new financial year is encouraging with strong revenue visibility reflecting the strength of Trakm8's business model. This is supported by recent contract wins including BT Fleet who will be reselling our Trakm8 solutions to its existing and new customers.

The Board is planning a significant increase in sales and marketing investment to support the strength of the Company's new products, solutions and algorithms in this fast growing market.

The full year benefit of the two acquisitions, recent contract wins, including the important new reseller contracts with the AA and BT Fleet, and the continuous increase in devices reporting to our servers means the Board expects another strong trading performance in the new financial year.

Appointment of Financial Adviser

J.P. Morgan Cazenove were appointed as the Company's Financial Adviser this month. The appointment reflects the Board's belief that it is appropriate to broaden its advisory relationships given the evolution of the business and the telematics industry and to help us take the next steps in the Company's development.

Dividend

The Board has considered the payment of a dividend in light of the Group's strong financial performance and its confidence in Trakm8's prospects. As a result, the Board intends proposing a maiden final dividend of 2 pence per ordinary share subject to shareholder approval at the Company's AGM in September.

Notice of Results

The Group expects to announce its final results for the year ended 31 March 2016 on Monday, 4 July 2016.

John Watkins, Executive Chairman of Trakm8 commented:

"Trakm8 has continued to build on the momentum established over recent years based on strong organic growth supplemented by selective acquisitions. These acquisitions and our own significant investment has given the Group an unrivalled portfolio of in-house capabilities to take to market.

"The cash generative model of our business not only enables us to make considerable investments in capital assets, IP and acquisitions, but also now to join the list of AIM companies paying dividends.

"We are well positioned to build on the excellent platform that we have established and to capitalise on the outstanding current market opportunities."

AGM Statement & Trading Update

Trakm8 Holdings plc, the AIM listed telematics and data supplier to global markets, is today holding its Annual General Meeting. Executive Chairman John Watkins will make the following statement on current trading at the meeting.

"Trakm8 is pleased to report that trading in the first five months of the current financial year commencing 1 April 2016 has started satisfactorily and is consistent with its expectations for the year as a whole. Group new orders booked have been received at a rate of 37% greater than the same period last year, of which 27% is organic growth. This continues the trend of strong growth of recent years. The period included the Scottish Power contract award announced in May and the bulk of these units are now installed.

Recurring revenues have also continued to grow with 169,000 units now reporting to our servers, an increase of 18,000 since the year end. This increase is based on an increase in Fleet Telematics of 7,000 to 66,000 units supplied to almost 2,300 customers and an increase in Insurance Telematics of 11,000 to 103,000 units.

In line with previous years, the weighting of Group revenue, profits and cash flow is expected to be in favour of the second half. This is due to the fact that reporting units tend to accumulate as the year progresses as well as the timing of deployment of orders won in the first half. Half year profitability is expected to be less than the first half of last year, with a stronger second half anticipated fulfilling the growing orders received in the financial year to date.

The UK Referendum vote to leave the EU has resulted in a c. £0.5m increase in our component costs due to the impact of exchange rate movements. However we are optimistic that this will be partially mitigated by our drive to increase sales overseas and through supplier cost down actions. To date we have seen no impact on customer confidence in terms of our sales activity and order pipeline.

In August, we acquired Roadsense Technology, a specialist telematics sales company, for £0.8m in cash. The business was acquired to consolidate and grow the Group's share of the SME market, in which it has been historically underrepresented and which is growing quickly. Roadsense reported revenues of £0.9m and operating profits at break even in its financial year ending 31.3.16. It had 3,500 units reporting to its servers on completion.

Overall, Trakm8 has had an encouraging start to the financial year in terms of new orders, as a result of which the Board's overall outlook for the year is unchanged (excluding the impact of exchange rate movements). The Group will report its half year results as usual in late November."

Capital Markets Event

Following the AGM, the Company is hosting a Capital Markets presentation for analysts and investors. No new material financial information will be disclosed in the presentation.

Good article in Shares today -There are subtle differences between the pair’s operating models, but what stands out is their take on car insurance. Trakm8 embraces this market sub-sector, Quartix has by-and-large ditched it (barring odd contracts on which decent returns can be made).

Only time and perhaps an update will tell.
