The two drills have been handled lets say very strange/ odd. We have PL stating a week or more ago that they are drilling in the wrong location. I tend to think they know what they are dealing with and if we have dusters, why was the towel not thrown in weeks ago ? (saving a fortune). We have been in a news black out for weeks,
so how is the sp ever going to react.
Then if on the 20th we go in the other direction and get news of a strike, I tend to think news has been with held.

How about selling our 20% to Horn or RMP. How do you put put a price on the sale with at the moment no oil. Just an idea. Very little news from range on anything. What about rig 8 for TT. Or the for sale sign on Texas.

I think I can count maybe twice (being nice) where rrl have made an announcement on the date that they stated! They can't control rns for Putland because Horn do, they can't control Trinidad because the Trinidians do ! What has PL got control on ?

I agree sell the Putland stake instead of spinning off, get money and put into Trinidad, nothing else worthwhile left !

I like anyone else can only guess on the 20th over shooting, just sounds like to much going on in Puntland. If there is oil perhaps this will be announced but the mother drill may be Nugaal. I would guess no news next week and news the following week.
As said in the past the Puntland operation in Range needs segregating (lets hope before the nugaal drill) and I only say if we get good news on the drill/ drills perhaps the share consolidation will be put in place on the hopeful share rise. Cannot see the rise being large, although a lot of investors should take a position one hopes.
So going back to your question about spending money 3m, I would not count on this for a few more years (depending when you want to get off the bus} Just my view lets hope it proves a lot better. So it looks like Range wont assist you with a wad of euros.

Just also remembered PL did talk about offers of 30p a share over ayear ago and turned his back. OH FOR THE PAST BACK.

Again just so frustrating having funds locked in here, lets say doing nothing at the moment (not an untrue statement) .

To sum up If we get an announcement in the next week/2 weeks of an oil find we are on our way, or if we dont we are not. About as simple as that.

Gosh Cynic you have been extremely quiet for a long long time on RRL - I am sure any good news on this share and you will be straight into CFD trading - in and out - said the actress to the bishop.

What ever that is DC - haha. wouldn't be too hot for that here today, wearing a long fleece top - no wonder I want to fly away.
