currently sitting at home waiting for comet to fulfill their 9-5 delivery slot - i guess they'll be here at 4.55 if im lucky. Why do people use these companies when their delivery service is appaling (wasnt my choice - the landlord ordered the new washing machine from them)

Just found out that due to logistics problems out of their control i will not be receiving the washing machine today!!!! they asked if i would be in between 9 and 5 tomorrow and didnt quite understand the concept of having screwed up my friday and not doing the same to my saturday - just have to keep re-wearing the dirty clothes!!!
