How can anyone comment on "thin zones of interest". As you say, the sp reflects the general feeling here.
All disappeared to other ventures. Maybe RKH, as they have found oil.

Big Al - 18 Oct 2006 15:45 - 479 of 2087

Thought we had "long term holders", HARRY. ;-)))

HARRYCAT - 18 Oct 2006 16:50 - 480 of 2087

We do. I have still got 13000 shares, but currently showing a loss.
I will hold on, but confidence is not high & I am sure that cynic and others would probably advise me to cut & run & make better use of the money elsewhere!
As you said earlier, Al, a comedy of errors.

cynic - 18 Oct 2006 16:56 - 481 of 2087

not necessarily Harry, as long as you recognise that this company's credibility is at best "under close scrutiny" ...... i held the shares for quite a long time, but am glad to have got out at just under 100 some months back ..... i no longer have faith in the company, or put another way, i think the chances on EME bringing home the bacon are becoming ever slimmer.

hlyeo98 - 18 Oct 2006 17:35 - 482 of 2087

We are all getting hungry now...

tcdmct - 20 Oct 2006 21:32 - 483 of 2087

Cynic can you please explain what you mean by this company being under close scrutiny.Or is this just scare mungering.

cynic - 21 Oct 2006 09:18 - 484 of 2087

tcdmct ..... i actually wrote "this company's credibility is at best "under close scrutiny"" ...... i suppose i should have prefaced that by "imo" , though i thought it pretty obvious .... IMO (lest you shoiuld miss it!) EME has consistently failed to live up to expectation for several months past and therefore IMO, its credibility leaves something to be desired.

shadow - 21 Oct 2006 11:45 - 485 of 2087

Cynic nothing but rednecking again, eme as risen on a 500K trade from yesterday, as possible commercial gas at the sugarloaf-1. Any more large trades will push this company upwards and forwards.

maestro - 21 Oct 2006 11:55 - 486 of 2087

hoodie broker advised to sell..so that means a strong buy

cynic - 21 Oct 2006 12:00 - 487 of 2087

shadow .... as is often said here, DYOT ..... there is a HUGE difference between possible and actual, which does mean to say that actual will not eventually materialise .... but not tomorrow or Monday!

Big Al - 21 Oct 2006 21:00 - 488 of 2087

All we're seeing now is a bit mopre volatility. If you want to trade it, then do. ;-)))

maestro - you are a f***wit. ;-0

maestro - 22 Oct 2006 09:22 - 489 of 2087

get in before wednesday...or regret for ever

hlyeo98 - 23 Oct 2006 10:12 - 490 of 2087

we will see...EME has not been doing well lately...I doubt it will have a steady rise

Big Al - 02 Nov 2006 03:41 - 491 of 2087

Had to go quite far down the BB to find this thread.

Two updates, including today's, since any posts and to my amazement that includes maestro, who was waiting patiently for Weds 25th October judging from post 489. Anyway, I digress, but how fickle are some, eh?

Strange RNS today. Apparently it's bad news to have tripped for BHA. You have to do it some time! Neutral RNS IMO. ;-)

I've no position at present BTW

ASX RELEASE
09 November 2006
Eureka Energy Limited (ASX:EKA, Eureka or Company)
SUGARLOAF-1 GAS INDICATIONS
Eureka Energy Limited advises that at 6am Texas time on 8 November, the Sugarloaf-1 exploration well was drilling ahead at 18,361 feet (5,597 metres).
Two gas shows over an aggregate of 79 feet (24 metres) were obtained while drilling sediments, probably of Cretaceous age, between 18,192 feet and 18,315 feet. Total gas readings peaked at 295 units from a background of about 30 units, and chromatography indicates the gas consists dominantly of methane (C1), with ethane (C2), propane (C3) and trace butane (C4).
The economic significance of these gas indications will not be known until wire-line logs, programmed to be run after the well has reached total depth, have been interpreted and flow testing, if warranted, has been evaluated.
Drilling is continuing towards proposed total depth of 21,000 feet (6,400 metres).
Participants in the Sugarloaf-1 well are:
Eureka Energy Ltd 1
12.5%
Texas Crude Energy Inc (Operator) et al 2
41.5%
Aurora Oil & Gas Limited
20.0%
Adelphi Energy Ltd
20.0%
Empyrean Energy plc

cynic - 09 Nov 2006 08:23 - 493 of 2087

tcdmct - 09 Nov 2006 09:39 - 494 of 2087
