Hi prop.

We will see, is EVO one of the 3?

seawallwalker - 22 Sep 2005 14:21 - 4957 of 7811

Still waiting to see the first buy over 18.75p...................

seawallwalker - 22 Sep 2005 14:24 - 4958 of 7811

From ADVFN -

barryrog - 22 Sep'05 - 14:05 - 7210 of 7211

"latest estimates for tomorrow are 17.6m t/o, 6.9m pre tax and 0.40p eps".

If he is right they are great numbers, just need to hurricane to blow itself out before it goes much further and they will have a terrifc impact on the sp.

gavdfc - 22 Sep 2005 14:30 - 4959 of 7811

Lets hope that Rita turns out to be no where near as damaging to the area as some people are predicting, but it doesn't look too good right now. Hopefully tomorrows results will give us something more positive to talk about. No doubt Evo's will put out a new note as well.

seawallwalker - 22 Sep 2005 14:35 - 4960 of 7811

The timing is awful, why couldn't they arrange the hurricane for another day?

I suspect it will be a cloud over proceedings.

More patience will be needed.

To cap it all, I've got bad wind too...........

There was a rare old fug over the sea wall this morning.

Not many people about, those that were there soon left after I arrived.

No staying power, that's just typical of the British Public nowadays.

Wimps, Cads and Bounders.

seawallwalker - 22 Sep 2005 14:38 - 4961 of 7811

Dangerous game being played out on the EVS front.

I think, (but don't say I said so), they have had it.

That assumption is not based on anything I know, more what I have seen on other discussions.

gavdfc - 22 Sep 2005 14:43 - 4962 of 7811

Lol Sww! Far too much wind about for my liking! Rita seems to be weakening slightly according to CNBC, let's hope it weakens a lot. Some buys, albeit small at 19 now.

seawallwalker - 22 Sep 2005 14:43 - 4963 of 7811

There go a few 19p buys.

2 hours to go, you may be correct prop.

seawallwalker - 22 Sep 2005 16:30 - 4964 of 7811

Looks like you are well right!!

Well read, well red?

proptrade - 22 Sep 2005 16:33 - 4965 of 7811

GOOD OLD EVO. he went 18.5 bid about 30 seconds before the close and two other boys had joined the 18.25 bid a few minutes before...

bit of volume printed as well which is probably the reason why they moved higher in the afternoon...somene looking for a sexy offer..

seawallwalker - 22 Sep 2005 16:36 - 4966 of 7811

Don't look at me.................

gavdfc - 22 Sep 2005 16:39 - 4967 of 7811

Decent sized T trade as well, 2.4m at 18.75.

proptrade - 22 Sep 2005 16:46 - 4968 of 7811

Good call Prop ----- Thanks for the teach-in

stockdog - 22 Sep 2005 23:05 - 4971 of 7811

Chartwise looks like we could've bounced off the March-April resistance turned support at 18.5p ish, Rita willing.

seawallwalker - 23 Sep 2005 07:08 - 4972 of 7811

The widely awaited Interims

Problems in the Gulf obtaining equipment for developement of wells but profits are up.

Pond Life - 23 Sep 2005 07:19 - 4973 of 7811

Interims read well, but it's still all to come with SEY. I can't see the shares moving too far as a result of this statement.

seawallwalker - 23 Sep 2005 07:27 - 4974 of 7811

Pondy - I have to agree, they do not contain the usual bullish slant for me.

I will be interested in any comment from Peel Hunt and EVO if anyone sees anything.

I should probably reword the first comment but what the heck...............

That's how I feel after the first read.

seawallwalker - 23 Sep 2005 07:46 - 4975 of 7811

Interesting to see no movement on the sp pre market.

Anyone got level 2 to see if they are awake yet?
