my gut feeling is that RKH will indeed bring home the bacon, but having been slugged too often of late and the markets being a disaster, i am manfully resisting the temptation to top up

In most religions animal welfare is disregarded and cruelty tolerated , for example in the Philippines cock fighting is legal and there are ad's on tv promoting it [ a roman catholic country ]. I think there is something in the Bible about man having domain over all living creature's ect,etc, unclean meat and all that load of bollocks.

kosher/halal practices are performed by properly trained exponents and is not done for a laugh or anything arcane, but for sound health reasons - tread carefully
