Character Group has been a given a buy signal with Bollinger Bands (CCT)

skreen - 21 May 2007 13:06

At 161 this share is ridulously cheap at just over 10 times earnings for a very fast growing company which is at a discount to its peers.

"large holder" is relative, but the only sale of any size today was 1 x 140k + a few x 15k ...... nothing spectacular, but a distinct paucity of buyers

Thanks, Skreen. I try to wait until the knife has stopped falling before attempting to pick it up :o)

Those large holders could be clearing out and taking profits, having made around 150% in six months and seeing that the rally ran out of steam after the latest financials. Makes sense to me - and could provide a bargain for those of us who didn't get in first time around.

Cynic, I guess this isn't a particularly high-volume stock anyway. Today's 800K or so appeared to be towards the upper end of the range; usual maximum is around 1 mil if memory serves.

Will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings, anyway; sooner or later this will doubtless throw up a recovery.
