SCHE has proved to be a cracker, and this relative newcomer (CTH - came to market in Oct 2005) has shown itself to be another good performer in a high-growth sector.
there are 3 MMs and average daily volume is about 400k ..... number of monthly trades has steadily climbed from about 50 to 300 ...... my only real concern is that the spread is consistently silly at about 20p ...... however, if one has patience, then leaving an order with MMs with a price limit should probably pay off
Two charts below ...... one from incpetion and the other over the last 6 months ..... usual dma's shown

same again today .... there is clearly a big buyer in the wings and no sellers for though i have just picked up a further 525, it was very hard work!

further strangeness ..... in the early auction stages, sp came back to 595 (where incidentally i managed to complete my order), but by the time the final final close came, sp was back up to 622

2 alleged sells this norning of 62,500 shares each at 606.5 ...... bearing in mind that bid was 602.5 at the time, i would bet strongly that those were in fact purchases, snaffling up some stock that was on offer either today or even carried over from friday

so have any of you guys followed the lead? ...... racing certainty not, which is a shame as sp is now 648.5 mid .... yes i know the stock is thinly traded, but that does not stop all you peeps jumping on board the likes of TAIH and GNG, both of which have the added frison of being controlled in China

Sorry Mr C, did not follow your lead, was distracted with other things. Very nice rise and congratulations on your successes these last few days, shorting included.
You certainly know how to antagonise some people, but more fool them for rising to the bait.
Whats your view on the current volatility in the market..... days, weeks, months. It's not looking pretty at the moment.

some peeps can dish but not take; they should have learnt both aspects when children! ....... grim day in prospect tomorrow, but just as market (Dow) fell too fast, and recovered too fast, it has prob fallen too fast again, but there is that sneaking fear that we could now see the truly big sell-off ...... have mentioned a number of times that these very volatile markets have a nasty habit of being the prelude to just that

though i hold this stock (about 60% of norm), its sp movements really do puzzle me greatly ..... volume is risible; sales yesterday outnumbered buys, yet sp zipped upwards in late afternoon.

figures out today were, i thought, pretty damn good ...... though the chart is hardly pretty, my view is still that CTH is a good bet, espcially when you consider that SCHE sp continues to perform so well

ST of IC today - Trading on a bid-offer spread of 226p-230p, and offering potentially 30 per cent share price upside to my 300p target price, I would follow the lead of CareTech's board of directors. Strong buy
