Bond International Software - a leading supplier of staffing, HR and payroll software and services - posts pre-tax profits rose of £2.9m for the year to the end of December, up 78% on last time.

Revenues were up by 14% at £40.1m with recurring revenues 9% higher at £25.5m. Operating profit rose by 50% to £5.1m (2013 £3.4m) and the recommended final dividend is up 13.6% at 2.5p per share.

Chief executive Steve Russell said: "We are confident that the improvement already seen in the staffing markets worldwide will continue to increase. Our HR and Payroll Division has exciting new products for release in the first half of this year that will capitalise on the improving market conditions and will take advantage of the existing, large installed user base. Outsourcing continues to grow, both organically and by acquisition. The integration of FMP has gone extremely well and the company will become an increasingly important contributor to group profits.

"The prospects for the group look better than they have done for several years and now is an appropriate time to consider the options available for the future structure of the Group. We look forward to a successful year in 2015 and will update the market on the options available to the Company in due course."
