ainsoph reinvestment society (ARS)

Bogtrotters - 15 Mar 2003 07:13

I feel that the time has arrived that this bullitin board has a thread on all the good tips that ainsoph has passed on. We have all benefited from his deep understanding of the workings of the City and his close association with those 'in the know' has enriched our lives.

There can be no greater accolade in the world of investment than the recognition and adulation of one's contemporaries. Ainsoph is that leading light that guides us lesser mortals on and upward, striving to reach that pinnacle of enlightenment that he finds so easy to acheive.

I will start off with this snippet of pure genius:-

Ashstead Group - a time to buy?

ainsoph - 10 Feb'03 - 14:25

bought a few of these a week or two ahead of their Interims - have moved up ever since :-)) but believe there is still some way to go yet - currently 31/33p they go xd on the 26th feb.

I see capital group are still adding - another 2.7 million shares - making 20 million in total or 6.15%

CURRENT price 4.75p

I find it amazing that he can pick these stocks do you think he might be working the BB's on behalf of a 'dodgy' broker to offload shares of troubled companies to peeps or is he just a genuinely bad stock picker ?
Also cant believe he is trading his own money maybe its clients money and he just charges a fee win or lose umm i dunno cant make it out, still always enjoy his classic comments they are cult status.
