Felix - new to AIM and keeps on rising (FLX)

mjrobinson - 09 Mar 2004 13:47

This stock came to AIM yesterday morning, and since then has been steadily rising, with a decent spread to boot.

The thing is, the original investors are locked in for 12 months. They can only sell under certain circumstances eg demand is so great that some of their stock is needed to meet it.

Felix Group was formed by the reverse takeover by Felix Corporation Limited of
Chestnut Prospects plc, a cash shell with approximately #1.49 million of cash as
at 20 February 2004.

Let me know your thoughts.

Felix Group plc
Announces IAD Operational and Distributor Agreements
with OmniCash Ltd

Felix Group plc ('Felix'), the company behind the MAX BOX multi-function digital
retail ATM machine today announces 2 separate agreements, both with OmniCash
Ltd, an Independent ATM deployer and LINK member ('OmniCash').

The first agreement relates to an operational Service Level Agreement ('SLA')
and will see OmniCash servicing and maintaining the NanoCash ATM's that Felix
have bought from them. OmniCash are the UK's exclusive distributor of this
Korean manufactured ATM machine. In addition to the obvious operational benefits
this SLA brings to bear, the restructured commercials produce a positive
financial effect by reducing Felix's overall weekly 'break-even' amount of the
MAX BOX by about 7.5%. An important contribution as Felix continues to work
towards its 'break-even' target.

This agreement also makes provision under separate commercial terms for OmniCash
owned NanoCash machines which both OmniCash and Felix agree to house within
future MAX BOX editions.

The second agreement sees Felix appointing OmniCash as an exclusive distributor
of the NanoCash machine within its MAX BOX machine within the pub sector and
small convenience store sector. OmniCash and Felix will work together to find
new sites within these two sectors (and others on a non-exclusive basis) to
deploy the NanoCash ATM MAX BOX. Whilst Felix still plan on the same rate of
machine deployment, it anticipates an increase in the number of pub and small
convenience store sector opportunities; sectors OmniCash currently specialise
in.

Andy Egan - Chief Executive, Felix Group plc said:

'I am delighted to have these agreements in place. The Operational SLA agreement
ensures we have the industry's best placed IAD maintaining and servicing our
NanoCash machines. As the sole UK distributor of this product, OmniCash are best
positioned to assist us deploy the first 120 NanoCash machines we have bought
and engineered into our MAX BOX proposition.

'OmniCash are a well establish LINK member and IAD and these agreements continue
our strategy of contracting with third party partners which have considerable
skill in their respective fields and sectors. We now have some of the best
industry experts advocating and selling in our products across a broad range of
leisure and retail sectors whilst expanding our sales capabilities nationally at
the same time'.

Benoit Mes - CEO, OmniCash Ltd said:

'Our NanoCash and MiniBank ATM products will complement the MAX BOX model range
with the reliability a product like this deserves. The Operational agreement
backed up with the distributor agreement puts in place a strong bonding for both
companies; it's great to have this contract signed so we can now all focus on
deployment'.
