In August 2007, ZOO acquired
the authoring business of Scope Seven, providing the group with a base near its
key customers in California and a broader service offering.

Trouble here is that there is always news on the horizon, but it hardly ever seems to materialise. Some talk yesterday of a Dow Jones alert, but thats all it was "talk", dont think it ever existed.

Whoa. Big news!....a utlity for regions.
The shareprice has plummeted on this stock.
All promises of this amazing technology and what have they got to show for it.
Who wants to be a Millionaire! Units sold ? other titles ?
Exactly how many people want to play a game on their DVD player?
With games consoles and PC's doing the job extremely well...please could someone at ZOO tell what they beleive their market to be.
It all sounds clever....but you need customers with money to hand over!!

well this was the rumour, 18th aug. its out at last, after being held back
Zoo Digital Close To Deal With Walt Disney Co-Sources
The deal could be substantial for Zoo Digital, which develops and markets interactive technology for the DVD industry. Founded at the height of
the dotcom boom in 1999 under the name Kazoo3D PLC, it changed
its name in 2001 following a reverse takeover.
People close to the situation said Zoo Digital would be a
supplier of applications for interactive games and provide
supplementary background material for DVDs.
"We are hearing the deal could be worth 30 cents a disk," one person said.
He said a decision on the number of disks that would carry
Zoo Digital's technology had not been determined.
Zoo Digital has been testing its software with Disney over the past year,
the person close to the company said.
A spokesman for Zoo Digital declined to comment, but noted that the
company had said during a first-half results presentation in June
that it was in talks with a Hollywood studio.
A spokeswoman for Walt Disney was not immediately available to comment.

So what's that going to do for the bottom line going forward if true and, more importantly, the sp?

queen1:if true? the statement, or what it contains

i.e. is it signed, sealed and delivered? For Zoo to decline to comment on something potentially so positive seems rather odd.

Indeed. And the sp has not reacted in as positive way as it should to the news. However, as a holder I hope that it's true and the first of many.
