L2 showing 8.5 / 9.25

Actual on line you can

Sell Max 250K at 8.9p (above mid)

Buy Max 250K at 9.15p

Appears to be underlying buy orders to be filled, this appears just to be a consolidation period after the recent rises to get a few short terms to profit take and sell, IMO.

US drill update is online :

http://sonlite.dnr.state.la.us/sundown/cart_prod/cart_con_wellinfo2?p_wsn=241566

Well, here is my take, and it might explain the volume last Friday.

Status is :

07/26/2010 05 11160 DRLD & SURVEYED F/ 6206-7286'; DRLG

DRLD & SURVEYED F/6206-7286' = Drilled and stopped then logged from 6206 feet to 7286'

DRLG = Drilling resumed and current status is drilling ahead at 11160 feet.

What can we assume, wrongly or rightly ?

1/ There appears to be a Frio show, thats why they have logged 1000 feet between 6206 and 7286 feet. Could it be a large Frio show here ? Potential for plenty of net pay and this would have been known early last week. Might this be the driver for the solid volumes last week ?

2/ They are very close to the target Wilcox sands now so perhaps 7 to 10 days more and a preliminary result will be known.

KEY quarterly out and its Nyuni-2 drilling in December !! :

http://www.keypetroleum.com.au/reports/QuarterlyReportfortheQuarterEnded30June2010.pdf

and from that:

...........NYUNI EXPLORATION PROSPECTS -

Following a TCM/OCM held in June, the Nyuni Joint Venture has decided to drill the Nyuni #2 exploration well during December 2010. It is planned that this well will be directionally drilled from Nyuni Island, in the North east of the Nyuni block, to a subsurface target location some 1.47 kilometres to the east, beyond the edge of the continental shelf. The well will crestally test a very large anticlinal closure that was drilled in 2003 / 04 by the Nyuni #1 well which discovered a 15m gas column in an Albian-Aptian sandstone body. At that time the gas bearing zone was not flow tested for operational reasons.

The deeper Neocomian sand unit which hosts the Kiliwani North and Songo Songo gas reservoirs was found to be water bearing in Nyuni #1 and represents the primary objective for the forthcoming well. A hydrocarbon / water contact was not established in Nyuni #1 and the Joint Venture Operator has estimated a mean resource potential of some 1 Tcf gas in the Nyuni Anticline..........

L2 is 3 v 1 with just DAVY on the offer at 9.25p

On line limits are very strong.

Max BUY = 37K at 9.24p

Max SELL = 500K at 9.15p (yes above mid price for sells)

So things look good so far for a blue day again.

http://sonlite.dnr.state.la.us/sundown/cart_prod/cart_con_wellinfo2?p_wsn=241566

Drilled to 12410 feet / Logged / Running Production Casing.

Proselenes - 09 Aug 2010 21:24 - 508 of 562

The TD pre drill was 12290 feet, so they actually ended up 120 feet lower down at 12410.

Hopefully that means extra thick pay zone......... :)
