Sounds like the sp is being held in a trading range we have seen over the last few weeks. If a drawdown is taking place by perhaps Yorkville. They gain by getting the
VWAP as low as they can, to gain more shares for the loan the company draws from them. Just hope when Yorkville come to sell them, the share price is pumped or ramped up for them and us to start to make a profit.

Loan facility

The US$15 million loan facility can be drawn down in tranches of US$5 million with a 12 month term and carries a coupon of 10%.

The tranches may be increased to US$10 million after the first tranche is drawn once Range achieves production of 1,500bpd from its Trinidad operations and by mutual agreement with Yorkville Advisors, which manages YA Global Master SPV Ltd.

Range will also issue Yorkville warrants to purchase a number of Range shares equal to 25% of the portion of the loan drawn down.

The warrants will expire after three years and will have a subscription price equal to 125% of the trading price at the time of issuance.

The loan facility and SEDA will provide flexibility over future funding, with the company having the option to service any outstanding loans under the Loan agreement through cash proceeds or issue of shares using the SEDA facility at its discretion.

Use of the SEDA facility is entirely at the discretion of the Company and there are no penalties for not requesting an advance.

Correct dc red every day so what are they on about - perhaps they needed to say something to let us know they are still operating (at what heaven knows).

Momentarily blue wow! they just made a fibber out of us - mind you in their second update they did state that they will be putting out operational updates in the coming days -can't wait yawn yawn!!

I was like you once here, sadly had knock after knock with Range.
