Good evening all. Socco is a little distressed by this hot weather, does not like it at all. I think I will have to have a large portion, don't you just love a large portion, of sherry trifle from the deepest reaches of the 'fridge.

It might be a good idea to look at some food shares soon, particularly ice cream makers. They ought to be having a bumper year. Hot weather is also very good for cider makers, so I'm told.
