I've scratched around my office drawers and found 7 UAE Dirhams, $14USD, 46 Mexican Peso, and 3 eurocents. I was going to sell it all and buy Thailand Bhat, but when I phoned the broker he said something very unprofessional to me and slammed the phone down!!

Just been reading the paper and noticed a girl in the navy sued the MOD because she broke her ankle during training. Is it just me or is this another pathetic example of a good law gone wrong. Whats next, during a firefight a soldier twists his ankle and sues because the MOD did not make sure the ground was even before launching the attack?

The worlds gone mad ,,policeman suing for trauma and a gay policeman suing because he can't wear an earing ,says they are discriminating against him because he's gay ,they all need a good kicking .

I think not. What pisses me off more is that stupid ad on tv with the woman slipping on a wet floor and moaning and claiming that there were no warning signs.
The company should sue her for being so stupid and not looking where she was going.

Doesnt health and saftey say that we are responcible for our own saftey while in the work place and should report anything that could be dangerous? I wonder if she reported that wet floor.

Aha Marc, but you have forgotten what it was like and are therefore not deemed to be suffering - good thing that we have no memory of our birth or we'd likely be traumatised for life (nightmares, claustrophobia, etc). And for that, you could sue.
