Morning - good news first - we appear to have got AIR back down here
real stuff, not re-cycled car fumes posing as air!
Further good news - it is actually COOLER too and there is some
breeze about.

Now the bad news...
This change to more pleasant conditions has just made me realise
exactly how tired I am after nights of little sleep in the sticky heat,
my legs feel like lead, no energy and all I want to do is.....

Poor Jeff's socks take a regular amount of 'stick'
the guy probably has non-smelly feet but he's a good
sport our Jeffie - admirable in a Millwall supporter!
