Exploration update 3rd August 2006 - Red Rock Resources PLC said a significant new iron discovery has been made at its Central Yilgarn Iron Project in Australia. Jupiter is targeting extra iron ore tonnage of over 20 mln tonnes from the discovery. Production from the Central Yilgarn Iron Project is planned to be crushed on site, trucked to Menzies, 90 kilometres away, and then railed to the Port of Esperance

Red Rock Resources plc said it has signed a
deal with Zambian firm Chiman Manufacturing Ltd for the processing of manganese
to produce ferromanganese.
The mineral exploration and development company said Chiman will provide
crushing, preparation, and processing of ore supplied by Red Rock's Zambian unit
from stockpiles and surface material at its Chiwefwe mining license.
The company added it expects to make first deliveries shortly.

Red Rock Resources PLC ("Red Rock" or the "Company") was notified on 30 September 2011 that, on 29 September 2011, director Andrew Bell disposed of 800,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.0 pence per share. The disposal was in connection with the funding of a family property transaction.

Following the disposal Mr Bell remains directly interested in 140,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.



He didn't pick a good time to sell!

Agree all good stuff but the sp is crap like most other shares.

indeed - rrr becoming cheap again - i see more opportunity near - remember the 6p fund raising not that long ago!! gl

Plenty of positive news recently and a plenty more to come in the near future I think, but yet the shareprice has so far failed to respond. As you say gibby, an opportunity.

cheers martinl2 - yes it is great opportunity - i already hold rrr and believe you me i am not knocking them - the sp is very low imo right now for the company - prospects - and currently producing - the opportunity is even better for those not already in or just wanting to top up - and of course trading etc - have a good evening
