Deltex (DEMG)

grajul - 19 Feb 2004 13:39

Hi all
pretty new to all this. I have pumped some into Deltex - looks like a strong product with good growth. Could be a steady gainer.
Does anyone else have this, and anyone have some research on it? Someone with more experience than me!
thanks in advance.

Interestingly there has only been one recorded sale to-day at 8.01am and yet not rise in SP. MMs must have plenty in hand following them shaking the trees a week or so ago. We could do with a institution buy to give us a merrier Christmas

Good to see people positive despite recent drop, glad I hung in there as the only thing that really changed was the timing of the deals. Pity didn't have the funds to stock up when down at 22p last week. Holding from 28p and no intention of selling.

wilbs - 23 Dec 2004 22:43 - 60 of 968

Hi andysmith

I think the timing of the deals was unfortunate but only a minor setback. 2005 will IMHO be good for DEMG. Once they start getting the hospitals in this country more interested and signing on the dotted line. It may take some time due to the fact that the NHS are slow and labour are going for another term and will use the NHS waiting lists as a part of their way to win the public round cos the quicker patients recover and free a bed up the quicker the turnaround the shorter the waiting lists get.

All looks promising to me. If they get more of europe and the states interested then it will surely be a worldwide product?

Wilbs, as with SEO I don't mind another small drop on this when results formally announced, gives me the chance to get more as this is a good stock for the future. It will eventually get taken out and again it has a product that is wanted.

Thanks, wilbs.

I'll give it a try. Cheers.

Agreed wilbs - and lets hope no-one requires the DEMG facility particularly during the season of goodwill.

wilbs - 24 Dec 2004 12:12 - 65 of 968

If they do, please report on this thread as to what you thought of it!!

Wilbs,

LOL

The NHS must be setting their budgets for next financial year soon, lets hope there are some contracts for Deltex in there!! If CardioQ has been sold properly and has the backing of leading clinicians it is a no-brainer for the cash-strapped hospitals. Still holding here as excellent prospects so long as physical orders are not delayed too long.

stockdog - 13 Feb 2005 20:31 - 68 of 968

Anyone know the date of finals being announced? Will it be encouraging news for the start of the current year? Who's still keeping the faith?

andysmith - 13 Feb 2005 20:55 - 69 of 968

Don't know but still keeping the faith for now, they have a product that is better for the patient and cost-effective for the hospitals and the idiot Blair.

Good to see you in on this one too, andysmith

Madison - 14 Feb 2005 08:32 - 71 of 968

Just for the record, and in case anyone is interested:

The "sell" of 10,023 recorded at 8:04 this am was not a sell. (It was my buy).

Cheers, Madison

Madison - 14 Feb 2005 08:46 - 72 of 968

Perhaps I should have made my point more clearly, ie.

If the system was/is interpreting all transactions at 23.7p as sells, then possibly most of the sells (so far)are actually buys. I know this is on such a small volume that it's of no major significance - just thought it might be useful to someone considering DEMG.

andysmith - 14 Feb 2005 16:54 - 73 of 968

Stockdog, I like these companies with products that provide positives on several fronts and just like SEO I believe once some decent deals come through this will also take off. Deciding whether to top up whilst this low, only thing putting me off adding is that if deals don't come soon the cash position is not strong.

stockdog - 14 Feb 2005 17:14 - 74 of 968

Andysmith, I agree they ahve a very good product and are doing all the right things to establish their place in the market - UK, US and EU (China next?). Let's hope results show better than hoped for progress to give the SP a much needed lift.
