Socrates - 03 Jul 2005 10:24 - 5599 of 24230

Opto
I've made a list of all the things I'm not going to do, it's very impressive even if I say so myself.

daves dazzlers - 03 Jul 2005 10:30 - 5600 of 24230

All i can here is wall 2 wall music after yesterday, were a frivolous bunch in the western world, quiet sad really, the throw away generations.

I read some stats about drinking water in africa and what we flush away down are toilets can be up to ten times better for the under 5s, than what they have to drink in some remote villages

How can this be right .

daves dazzlers - 03 Jul 2005 10:32 - 5601 of 24230

Morning all,i will just have a quick tea please things to do.

optomistic - 03 Jul 2005 13:36 - 5602 of 24230

Quiet day in here, must develope an outside area where we can sit in the sun and watch the world go by.

Socrates - 03 Jul 2005 13:38 - 5603 of 24230

Nip out the back door, just past the apple tree and you will find me in my hammock in the shade. I have a large jug of cool Sangria to share.

optomistic - 03 Jul 2005 14:42 - 5604 of 24230

Oh that's an hour ago, bet there's not much sangria left now. Last time I had sangria it made me very dizzy, I think there must have been something wrong with it.

Socrates - 03 Jul 2005 15:29 - 5605 of 24230

Plenty morSangria where that came from, Spain I think. Dizzy, maybe the Vodka I put in it to keep the flies away.

chocolat - 03 Jul 2005 16:20 - 5606 of 24230

It might help if you didn't swing the hammock :S

Socrates - 03 Jul 2005 16:36 - 5607 of 24230

The swing comes naturally with certain kinds of activity Chocolat, I thought you might have noticed that!

chocolat - 03 Jul 2005 18:53 - 5608 of 24230

It surely does, Socks - but I'm not the one who's dizzy :)

...well at least not when it comes to hammocks.

Spaceman - 04 Jul 2005 10:38 - 5610 of 24230

Morning all, I am suffering from sunburn having spent several hours on an airfield at the weekend, I seem to do this once every year, get sunburnt that is, then I remember and I cover up or use sunscreen for the rest of the summer !

Something strange happened to the weather last night in Sevenoaks, I went to bed at about 1230 and it was warm and I woke up at 0500 and it was much colder and I was shivering....

stockbunny - 04 Jul 2005 16:05 - 5611 of 24230

Oh t'ain't it quiet in here today!
This new BB will take ages to get used to.....
My excuse for being so late in is having a couple of windows and a door replaced
at the burrow today - all done now - except the usual cleaning up of all the dust!
Looks like I have missed a pretty good day - typical!
;>)

jj50 - 04 Jul 2005 16:14 - 5612 of 24230
