That's a bit worrying Dil that you have previous experience of an FCA investigation! Not that I think the retail punter has much to worry about in this instance. Standard practice or was to send letters out when companies get suspended just before announcing a takeover or being taken over to anyone who bought shares the day of suspension / day before not sure how far they go back.
