From the charts : looks like 70p before 100p later on.....not sure about this....

As damaging as it all looks you have to ask yourself whats the ultimate penalty for all this. A small fine, slap on the wrists? Until this is known long or short the stocks not worth playing.

The new piece of evidence from Edelman is long and very detailed. It will be interesting to see if there is a rebuttal of information from Blinkx. If the claims in Edelman's blog are true, it could send a chill through the whole digital media world. The allegations are very serious and certainly amount to violation of FTC rules and fraud.

If there are claims of fraud : he could be sued if untrue !....(I have not read the article so can't say)

Anyway, I'm sure the sp will soon be on the rise as Panto must see this as a good buying oppertunity...
