jeffmack - 20 Jul 2005 14:45 - 5973 of 24230

DD, dont forget you need to undercut Argos. They sell more tom foolery in Liverpool than in any other city.

hilary - 20 Jul 2005 14:48 - 5974 of 24230

It's excellent, Jeff. J put it on 3 pc's and no problems whatsoever with the updates. It just needs to be re-run after SP2 is installed though.

Let me know if you want a copy and I'll e-mail you the file foc.

jeffmack - 20 Jul 2005 14:57 - 5975 of 24230

Thanks Hils, I might well do.

hilary - 20 Jul 2005 14:59 - 5976 of 24230

Socrates - 20 Jul 2005 18:10 - 5980 of 24230

Hello! Hello! Was that an echo?

hilary - 21 Jul 2005 09:01 - 5981 of 24230

I came across this exercise suggested for over 50s, to build muscle strength in the arms and shoulders. It seems so easy, I thought I'd pass it on. Little Winky and Old Socs might find it useful.

:o)

The article suggested doing it three days a week. Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have plenty of room at each side.

With a 2.5kilo potato sack in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides, and hold them there as long as you can. Try to reach a full minute, then relax.

Each day, you'll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer.

After a couple of weeks, move up to 5 kilo potato sacks. Then 15 kilo potato sacks, and then eventually try to get to where you can lift a 25 kilo potato sack in each hand and hold your arms straight for more than a full minute.

Once you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each of the sacks.

Thats funny, and I thought you were being serious for a minute......

stockbunny - 21 Jul 2005 13:31 - 5983 of 24230

jj50 - 21 Jul 2005 13:43 - 5984 of 24230

Afternoon.

Evacuating three London underground stations but looks like not
too serious, thank goodness.

Making some coffee, anyone want to join me?

P.S. Hils ... good one :-)

stockbunny - 21 Jul 2005 13:52 - 5985 of 24230

Hope not Shepherds Bush is getting a little too far west for my liking!
I'll have a cup of tea please
:>)

jeffmack - 21 Jul 2005 13:55 - 5986 of 24230

Looking very serious, but hope not. Cant use mobile

stockbunny - 21 Jul 2005 14:39 - 5987 of 24230

From what they are saying it seems low key stuff, but I hope that really is the case.

jeffmack - 21 Jul 2005 14:45 - 5988 of 24230

Bunny looks that way. But was it just detonators in the rucksacks or bombs that failed to go off.
