At last the journey seems to have begun and I'm back into profit. I love this gem of company. Huge assets and minimal debt. I've told various friends about it and was starting to fear it was a bit of an ugly duckling. 1.45 before Christmas would be nice!

What's happening now? The share price is falling

The institutions seem to be selling out again but why?
Wont the companies market capital be swelled by the issue of extra shares for incentives etc. and therefore remove the companies main attraction. Huge NAV.

The directors of the company also seem to have a rather colourful past and the companies they were in almost all lost me money. Is this the best we can do?

The Company Secretary seems mystified by the happenings and given the company has 50% support the battle seems to be lacking any umph.

Why can't money from the sale of excess assets sold or due to be sold be returned to shareholders. The big boys love a short term gain!

Also in times of old white knights appeared. Where have they gone. Swan Hill certainly has the assets to make a venture capitalist smile!

A slight rise this morning, but it's probably not worth celebrating yet!

The share price is as down as the shareholders, but those raiders must be laughing their heads off!

You seem to have been speaking to yourself for sometime now so thought that I would chip in.
Statement yesterday was not great and there may be a worry that with no rival offer likely that with due diligence the offer price might be revised down or even abandoned - depends what the offerer already knows about the state of the company. If you still hold, the temptation might be to bail out now.
