Normally when a share gets an analyist's backing the price notches up, how come this one has not?

Looking at these as a possible bounce job after RR lost a contract to Ultra this morning.

Down 4.5p and still falling so waiting to see If a lower Dow opening will make It a bit cheaper.

Anyone else thinking the same thing?

Results out next week with these, can't think they will be anything but good what with mainly favourable releases In the past.
