Indeed, a 5.78% Holding in Coms.

With Institutional Investors now seeing the potential of Coms, the SP is only going one way.

robstuff - 24 May 2013 16:15 - 63 of 1120

That's great, and this Munroe guy seems to know all about this field so looking good !

Commerzbank is a leading bank in Germany and Poland. It is also present worldwide in all major markets for its customers as a partner to the business world.

With the business areas Private Customers, Mittelstandsbank, Corporates & Markets and Central & Eastern Europe, it offers its private and corporate clients as well as institutional investors the banking and capital market services they need.

With some 1,200 branches Commerzbank has one of the densest branch networks among German private banks. In total, Commerzbank boasts nearly 15 million private customers, as well as 1 million business and corporate clients. In 2012, it generated revenues of just under EUR 10 billion with approximately 56,000 employees on average.

It is good to know that they are interested in our little COMS, this is significant news indeed and has already got the SP moving north.

Thanks for that Pete, it's particularly interesting that a German investor has latched onto COMS. "Our little COMS" seems to be getting the message across to a wider audience.

Re-Post from the Theoilfinder on LSE

Another great week just passed for coms holders with 2 x new significant holders being announced, firstly Simon Munro (3%+) the prolific expert in this growing technology, and Commerzbank (5%+) who are a powerhouse in the financial world.

They have obviously seen the massive upside that Coms can deliver, DB aims to be at the forefront of this rapidly growing market and he is realising his efforts having already secured a £15mill contract. We are quickly ticking all the boxes for becoming a major player within this technology/communications sector and with DB's determination and passion it is already proving to be a lucrative investment for the PI.

The RNS released late Friday will not have been noticed by many and I wouldn't be surprised to see a continued rise come tomorrow due to it's significance, 8%+ of shares in issue now snapped up in 5 days, fewer shares left in float + increased demand + II's on board + superb news flow + further contract wins = potential multiple returns. DB looking at 10p asap and so am I, thoroughly looking forward to what nice little surprises this week may bring.

Coms (LON:COMS), the internet telephony specialist, ticked higher on Tuesday. Its shares are notoriously quiet unless there is news out. But today was the exception as it rang higher.

“Nothing wrong with building a firm base with small daily upward movements till news,” quipped one satisfied investor.

Thank you dc. Nice chunky buy just gone through - 3.8million @ 2.45p

4PetesSake - 28 May 2013 15:42 - 69 of 1120

DC

Thanks for that link. To be one of the most followed companies even on a day when there is no RNS is quite an achievement. I'm not waiting for the next RNS and have topped up again today.

My guess is there could be another RNS very soon re "Holdings in the company". Perhaps Commerzbank increasing their stake.

doodlebug4 - 29 May 2013 13:58 - 70 of 1120

Share price nudging up again after more buying pressure.

doodlebug4 - 30 May 2013 17:51 - 71 of 1120

3.5million exchange announced after the close tonight.

Edit - time given as 10.09.

4PetesSake - 30 May 2013 18:26 - 72 of 1120

Doodlebug

On LSE it shows as two separate delayed 3.5m trades on on 28th May one at 10.09.45 and the other at 10.09.55.That is almost 2% of the company. II's are certainly getting interested now.

doodlebug4 - 30 May 2013 22:18 - 73 of 1120

Thank you for that info 4Pete.

Dil - 31 May 2013 01:32 - 74 of 1120

Errr so someone sold 3.5 million to someone who bought 3.5 million , what's so exciting about that ?

doodlebug4 - 31 May 2013 08:20 - 75 of 1120

It was such a boring day on the markets yesterday Dil - anything happening at all was exciting. Well at least it woke me up!

Dil - 31 May 2013 08:42 - 76 of 1120

lol

4PetesSake - 01 Jun 2013 00:32 - 77 of 1120

Dil

Both 3.5m trades show as buys on the LSE list of trades.

4PetesSake - 04 Jun 2013 23:01 - 78 of 1120

Another 3.5m buy today. Holdings RNS soon.

4PetesSake - 06 Jun 2013 22:40 - 79 of 1120

The movement in the share price today was significant, far more sells than buy yet the SP has risen well. I imagine that the explanation may lie in a big delayed trade or director buy that will perhaps show up tomorrow.
