Don't like the fact they say "Go or Grow" are they about to sell out to the highest bidder?
They're also taking the share price as of 17th Sept.09 @ 72.95pps for the offer price to be determined. quite a bit lower than at the mo.

Shaikan well.
Fully diluted working interest(1) GKPI 51% could be as low as 25.5%
Estimated oil in place(2) 1.5 3.0 billion barrels. GKP's management estimate..

BB ..... i am confused (easy!) and have prob missed something along the way (very likely), but i don't follow your last 2 posts .... not least, sp is currently about 85
for myself, i would not mind in the slightest if a predator came snapping, or however else he might like to come

I was just reading through the presentation and wondered if all was as good as we are led to believe.....

well (sorry!) other than the fact that sp is really struggling to break 90, it is holding up very well (currently 88.5), so others seem at least reasonably happy

update from Shaikan is pretty encouraging, but is it sufficient to keep sp heading north?
=============
absolutely yes by the looks of it!
and from a chart point of view, this should see that 90p resistance shattered at last

topped up at 94.25 .... shows how useful L2 can be, as that was 1.25p below the published ...... i find one can do that sort of thing most times

hindsight's great isn't it! .... no matter, for my average price is still only 65 and i have high hopes for this outfit, though perhaps more so for AFR

I'm amazed there's not much more excitement over this drilling update. Internal estimates of now 2-4 billion thus far!!! an outstanding find--quote. and they don't appear to be into the main target zone yet. I can see why you added--I wish I could find some spare cash! o/t cynic do you know where I can advertise a luxury apt in Cornwall for golfing breaks Autumn/winter?

golf mags, but maybe better to do with a company that arranges these things.
whereabouts - e.g. near what course(s)?

the market just doesn't seem to want to believe GKP's claims of 2-4billion boe , the sp having risen from around 10p in only a few weeks may need to take a breather. Perhaps some remember that GKP made extravagant claims about discoveries in Algeria a few years ago and is now trying to sell up there not having made much for shareholders.
