so we saw from yesterday's postings .... and a company, or a house or anything else, is only worth as much as someone else is prepared to pay for it.

so where's the basis for all this crap you keep spewing about corruption? ..... and if you think the company stinks - your word not mine - why the hell do you (allegedly) hold them at all?

required field - 25 Aug 2009 09:05 - 636 of 903

Coming back strongly in the last few days....365p...

Chris Carson - 25 Aug 2009 09:55 - 637 of 903

Certainly going well so far today, on good volume. Any news out to substantiate this?

marni - 25 Aug 2009 11:07 - 638 of 903

MERRILL LYNCH left as brokers.....i think they were kicked out.....as they said in note that they reckon ENOC will offer around 4.50 but if others are interested or not enough support for ENOC, then DGO could reach by itself around 7.00

cynic - 25 Aug 2009 11:12 - 639 of 903

4.50 will do very nicely for me, but i doubt ENOC will offer that much

marni - 27 Aug 2009 13:59 - 640 of 903

amost there already and thats without a bid as yet......longer they wait the higher oil price and greater production with dgo

required field - 27 Aug 2009 14:11 - 641 of 903

Didn't I say that the sp is creeping up....bit by bit....

marni - 07 Sep 2009 12:08 - 642 of 903

only another 12p to get to ENOC proposed 400p bid.....lol.

FT looking really silly backing this ENOC bid at 400p too which it has TWICE.
Mind you, FT is a rubbish paper these days.....peston used to work for them which says it all

cynic - 07 Sep 2009 17:24 - 643 of 903

ENOC have yet to put an offer on the table ...... 400 was the sort of figure that i came up with, though not for any good reason

marni - 07 Sep 2009 20:19 - 644 of 903

it has nothing to do with cynic.......however FT keep on banding this figure.....and i cant imagine anyone accepting 4 quid (apart from you cynic, lol)

merrill lynch are suggesting up to 7 quid......but they were kicked out by dragon.....the plot thickens

marni - 08 Sep 2009 10:09 - 645 of 903

time is running out for ENOC! their silly game is failing in trying to suppress share price and they have failed with bids in past.

anything less than 5 quid will be laughed at by shareholders

cynic - 08 Sep 2009 15:14 - 646 of 903

you forget that ENOC have no need to table any bid at all

marni - 08 Sep 2009 15:37 - 647 of 903

true but if they wont then i'm sure others will buy their shares! i reckon chinese or russians will buy big chunk of their holding or all of it.

as i say, ENOC time is almost up.......either offer something or piss off

halifax - 08 Sep 2009 15:43 - 648 of 903

marni you don't get it ENOC own 52% of the shares they are not going away and will only bid for the remaining 48% if the price is right for them, minority shareholders can do nothing but wait or sell in the market.

marni - 08 Sep 2009 16:02 - 649 of 903

i do understand, halifax

but there is institutions too who wont sell at under 5 quid and they make up quite a holding.

i think ENOC need 90% and that wont happen with pathetic offers.......and the longer they wait, the higher the sp through time esp as oil goes up and dragon production goes higher

as i say, ENOC time is running out fast

marni - 08 Sep 2009 16:04 - 650 of 903

and i believe a chinese oil cmpany i interested if ENOC wont table a bid......in other words, they will buy ENOC shares

halifax - 08 Sep 2009 16:07 - 651 of 903

marni they can't buy ENOC's shares in DGO unless ENOC want to sell them, you are really scraping around for a reason to ramp DGO.

required field - 08 Sep 2009 16:24 - 652 of 903

No need to ramp...it's climbing day by day...excellent production and the price of oil back above $70 is helping...

marni - 08 Sep 2009 16:54 - 653 of 903

i aint ramping rf.........no need to as i'll wait as long as it takes......i'll wait 5 years if necessary but i cant see ENOC waiting that long.

only another 6.5p to 4 quid, lol

fwiw, i think a bid of 6.50 will be ofered as under 5 quid is a joke and they need to tempt the instistions in selling their shares

cynic - 08 Sep 2009 18:02 - 654 of 903

marni - i would say that your logic flies in the face of reason, but i am afraid there is no logic at all to your statement(s)
