Lambykins's Dutch Coffee House - ADULTS ONLY (LAMB)

Spaceman - 28 Jan 2005 23:56

CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

jeffmack - 08 Aug 2005 10:22 - 6433 of 24230

Sounds like it might be lamb on the menu before the end of the week.

Had a nice few days away, went to the Antique fair at Newark and stayed at a cracking hotel just outside of Lincoln. Visited Stamford which I thought was a cracking little town.

jj50 - 08 Aug 2005 12:44 - 6434 of 24230

...smoked lamb?

Big Al - 08 Aug 2005 12:56 - 6435 of 24230

I was rather hoping to get the odd passive hit, Spacie! ;-))

stockbunny - 08 Aug 2005 13:10 - 6436 of 24230

(No smoking! sign seen on bunny's arrival in coffee house)

Oh so the 'wacky-backy' department is OK but us nicotine addicts
are without a home any more!

(goes red round the base of ears)

Spacie are you trying to kill me?
I can't do several hours without a ciggie!

Is nowhere sacred anymore?
Well this just means I'll have to smoke outside on the fire escape
in the Summer and hide under a table and have a fag in the winter.....
Terrible......life is just to politically correct these days..........
(stomps behind bar)

I'll have to have a large cab sauv now and sulk!

Spaceman - 08 Aug 2005 13:55 - 6437 of 24230

bunny, dont worry you can smoke whatever you want in the "special" area ;-)

stockbunny - 08 Aug 2005 14:37 - 6438 of 24230

As long as it's not with a wacky-backy department only the smell of that
stuff gives me a headache and the room goes all floaty.....

Oh well I suppose I'll stop sulking then.......

;>)

jj50 - 08 Aug 2005 15:04 - 6439 of 24230

Afternoon. I can see there won't be food served
here for a while, poor Bunny. What with insulting
Priscilla's LDC and now making life for the chefette
difficult, what is Spacie trying to do to this place! LOL

I'll have a quick slug of cab sauv on the terrace with bunny!!

Spaceman - 08 Aug 2005 15:15 - 6440 of 24230

sorry all, no insults were intended, well other than to Lambykins ;-) who has been insulting Priscilla's LDC? that wont do its excellent.

Bunny there are world class extraction fans in the special smoking area and once we have these quitters sorted out we can get back to normal.

jeffmack - 08 Aug 2005 15:22 - 6441 of 24230

Spaccie
I hope you filled in the 325 forms for the new licence

stockbunny - 08 Aug 2005 16:05 - 6442 of 24230

Oh that's a thought....deadline was Friday wasn't it?
Afternoon JJ & Jeffie
:>)

jj50 - 08 Aug 2005 16:16 - 6443 of 24230

Quick cup of tea for me then off to PO!

Have just noticed the big red message about smoking has now been posted, are we sure it wasn't Germany Spacey was visiting last week - all these rules? ;-)

stockbunny - 08 Aug 2005 16:26 - 6444 of 24230

Don't ask me - I'm too busy having a crafty ciggie behind the door!
;>)

jj50 - 08 Aug 2005 16:27 - 6445 of 24230

It will be the newly installed smoke detector going off soon then!!!

Spaceman - 08 Aug 2005 16:28 - 6446 of 24230

JJ we only have 5 rules, anything else goes ;-)

Actually even the 5 rules we do have are subject to Concorde Methodology as follows :-

"All Coffee house rules will be strictly enforced other than when they are not enforced, under no circumstances will they be enforced other than when they are. Any members not following the rules will be subject to the same lack of restrictions that apply to anyone else, with the exception of some others who will not be"

Hope this helps clarify the situation.

jj50 - 08 Aug 2005 16:29 - 6447 of 24230

Sounds like cricket - much clearer :-)

jj50 - 08 Aug 2005 16:29 - 6448 of 24230

... and I always thought Concorde Methodology was something
I was missing out on! LOL

stockbunny - 08 Aug 2005 16:34 - 6449 of 24230

So having read these correctly.....I think......basically in accordance
to the rules that follow the accordance of the Concorde Method.....
I can smoke where I like!
:>)

Cheers Spacie!!!!!!!
;>)

stockbunny - 08 Aug 2005 16:37 - 6450 of 24230

OK I'm outta here - have a great evening all!
:>)

Socrates - 08 Aug 2005 16:46 - 6451 of 24230

chocolat - 08 Aug 2005 19:41 - 6452 of 24230
